Mayor sentenced to 28 years!
Letter To Family And Friends Of Girlfriends Talk From Founder And Editor –IN Chief
I hope all is well with everyone. I am winding down to my year-end magazines. I can’t believe Girlfriends Talk Magazine will be 4 years old. I am proud of myself for hanging in there. Not only are we still celebrating holidays, but we are also in a great state of awareness. Awareness of everything from crime, health and sickness. Because people do not value Time seems to be passing us by so fast until it is almost scary. Although you are trying to keep up with the everyday hustle and bustle!we have to pay attention to everything. This is the month I wanted to touch on a disease that I am starting become more aquatinted with, MS which is the abbreviation for Multiple sclerosis an inflammatory disease in which the insulating covers of nerve cells in the brain and spinal cord are damaged. This disease has not only affected someone close to me but others we have grown up watching on television. Please pay attention to what’s going on with your body and health. We had a " Love Hangover" food drive, which was pretty cool. Thank you so much so B.O.M for all the help. We also attended a birthday bash by B.O.M (Brothers On A Mission) who are a great group of guys. Be on the look out for more events from them. Kwame Kilpatrick gets sentenced to 28 years!your thoughts please. Also check out my blogs bi-weekly at my 2196.com

What’s Happening In The C.O?!
!
Football is seen as a man's sport, an excuse to get together with the guys, drink, be loud and gone for hours until the final touchdown. While men do seem to be the most content at this moment and their knowledge a little bit keener than a woman's might be, there are many women that do actually enjoy the game. I’m not talking about the women’s linger football‌but the real deal. This is not simply referring to women who tolerate the Super Bowl parties and are there to only serve up BBQ wings to all the NFL fans walking through the door. These are actually female fans that keep track of the score, root for the home team and would kick the average guy's butt when it comes to organizing a Super Bowl party. Realizing that some sports parties are characterized by gender bonding. If men want to hang out with their friends then, nothing personal, they may not warm up to the idea of a wife or girlfriend crashing the party. The man may even fear that the women will bring an awkward energy to the event, such as criticizing some guy-like staples or focusing on the negative aspects of football. The man may be afraid of such a scenario and attempt to keep the game as mysterious and unwomanly as possible. However, some guys are open to the idea of their spouse joining in on the Sunday fun, especially if she is a natural follower and enjoys watching a good show. The woman may warm up to sports in an effort to bond with her spouse or to make more friends. They may find exhilaration in showing the team spirit, having the common enemy and foe as their mate. When you think about it, football is a rather operatic sport; at once an expression of primal human emotion and a gladiatorial battle between giants. People live vicariously though these sports figures, and so both men and women find human aspiration thrilling and maybe even inspiring. Then of course there are women who just love football for the same reason that men do-because it's fun, because they enjoy making predictions and cheering on their favorite teams. Men are not the only ones who can become obsessive over sports. There are some female NFL experts out there who can feel the same rush of adrenaline that comes from watching Roethlisberger throw a gamewinning pass. Everybody loves a good competition and football is America's most competitive game, with the most passionate of fans. It is at once, a patriotic event and a riveting thriller involving real life heroes and villains who grab that ball for dear life. There's only one thing more satisfying in life than watching the Super Bowl with the guys, a bucket of wings and a pint of your favorite beverage all to yourself-all that plus a girl by your side who never asks to change the channel.

Beauty HOME REMEDY FOR DARK KNEES & ELBOWS!
After each shower or bath, apply moisturizing coconut or olive oil to your knees and elbows. Use a moisturizing lotion throughout the day or whenever you notice any dryness. Apply an exfoliating scrub or cream, containing salicylic acid, or other active exfoliating ingredients to loosen the dead skin. In addition, you can cut off the ends of two pairs of socks, and position it over your elbows and knees after moisturizing at night to seal in the lotion and prevent it from being rubbed off. For extra protection, wrap your elbows and knees in plastic wrap prior to covering with the sock. Step 2 Scrub the knees and elbows using a slightly rough material such as a sponge, nylon net bath puff, brush, or rough washcloth in a gentle, circular motion to remove the old skin. Use a mild liquid bath soap to do a final skin cleansing. Since soap in itself, is drying, make certain you've rinsed it off your elbows and knees completely before stepping out of the shower. Apply fresh lemon juice to your knees and elbows. Lemon juice bleaches your skin, as it is a natural whitener. Cut a lemon in four sections and rub the juice from one section on the darkened areas. You can store the other sections in the refrigerator for later use. Leave it on overnight, and wash it off in the morning. Step 3 Exfoliate your knees and elbows two times per week. Make a sugar scrub by mixing sugar and olive oil together. Add enough olive oil to the sugar until you have reached a slushy consistency. Pour the mixture in your hand and scrub the darkened areas. Apply moisturizer, while the skin on the knees and elbows is still damp. Moisturizers help the skin retain water and prevent dryness. Adding a little petroleum jelly as a moisturizer will keep the rough spots lubricated and make the buildup of dead skin easier to slough off.Exfoliating will get rid of dead skin, helping to soften the area and remove any dirt that is present. Step 4 Perform daily scrubs until the rough skin buildup is gone. Once the dry skin on the elbows and knees is gone, continue using the exfoliating sponge, nylon bath puff, or brush scrubbing materials and bath soap on the elbows and knees. Regular exfoliation of all parts of the body keeps, not only the elbows and knees smooth, but speeds up the growth of new skin cells all over.Make a mixture of almond powder and yogurt. Mix equal parts and apply to your knees and elbows. This mixture can be used to lighten dark areas.
Corrupt Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick Sentenced
Former Detroit Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick was sentenced to 28 years in prison after he was convicted in March of two dozen federal charges. The charges include racketeering, extortion and the filing of false tax returns. He was accused of using the mayor's office to enrich himself and associates. Before he was sentenced, Kilpatrick apologized "I say with every morsel of my being that I'm sorry to you," he said. Judge Nancy G. Edmunds noted the apology and said that he was showing "more awareness than I have seen along the way." But she said "a long prison sentence is necessary to insulate the public from his behavior." "That way of business is over. We're done. We're moving forward," she said. Ex-Detroit Mayor Kilpatrick convicted in corruption case Kilpatrick, Detroit's mayor from 2002 until he resigned in 2008, was the biggest target of a years-long Detroit City Hall corruption investigation that led to the convictions of two dozen people, including several of his closest friends and former City Councilwoman Monica Conyers, the wife of U.S. Rep. John Conyers. Federal prosecutors alleged that Kilpatrick ran a criminal enterprise through the mayor's office to enrich himself through bid rigging and extortion, and using nonprofit funds for personal gain. At the heart of the scheme was corruption in municipal contracting, mostly centering on the Detroit Water and Sewerage Department, said Barbara McQuade, U.S. attorney for the Eastern District of Michigan. Edmunds said that in the sentencing, she was not holding Kilpatrick responsible for the city's bankruptcy of this year, saying that was due to wider factors. But then she cited a litany of effects of his crimes, including loss of public trust and honest contractors being turned away.

In one of the biggest public corruption cases in Detroit’s history, the exmayor and two others are now on trial in U.S. District Court. Kwame Kilpatrick, his father Bernard Kilpatrick, his longtime friend Bobby Ferguson and ex-water department director Victor Mercado were indicted in December 2010. They were charged with running a criminal enterprise through the mayor’s office to enrich themselves through a water department scheme that involved rigged contracts and shaking down contractors. Mercado pleaded guilty to a conspiracy charge during the trial. The others deny the charges -- including extortion, bribery, fraud and money laundering -- which carry penalties of up to 30 years in prison. At least 10 convicted felons, half of them friends or aides of Kilpatrick, testified during the trial. One key witness was Derrick Miller, a childhood friend and ex-aide to Kilpatrick. He also was charged in the case but cut a deal with the government and agreed to cooperate in exchange for leniency. Miller pleaded guilty last year to bribery and tax violations and faces up to 10 years in prison.
Health Multiple sclerosis (or MS) is a chronic, often disabling disease that attacks the central nervous system (CNS), which is made up of the brain, spinal cord, and optic nerves. Symptoms may be mild, such as numbness in the limbs, or severe, such as paralysis or loss of vision. The progress, severity, and specific symptoms of MS are unpredictable and vary from one person to another. Today, new treatments and advances in research are giving new hope to people affected by the disease. MS is a Disease of the Immune System MS is a disease that involves an immune system attack against the central nervous system (brain, spinal cord, and optic nerves). The disease is thought to be triggered in a genetically susceptible individual by a combination of one or more environmental factors. Although MS is thought by some scientists to be an autoimmune disease, others disagree strongly because the specific target of the immune attack in MS has not yet been identified. For this reason, MS is referred to as an immunemediated disease. As part of the immune attack on the central nervous system, myelin (the fatty substance that surrounds and protects the nerve fibers in the central nervous system) is damaged, as well as the nerve fibers themselves. The damaged myelin forms scar tissue (sclerosis), which gives the disease its name. When any part of the myelin sheath or nerve fiber is damaged or destroyed, nerve impulses traveling to and from the brain and spinal cord are distorted or interrupted, producing the variety of symptoms that can occur. Most people with MS learn to cope with the disease and continue to lead satisfying, productive lives. While the cause (etiology) of MS is still not known, scientists believe that a combination of several factors may be involved. Studies are ongoing in the areas of immunology (the science of the body’s immune system), epidemiology (that looks at patterns of disease in the population), and genetics in an effort to answer this important question. Understanding what causes MS will be an important step toward finding more effective ways to treat it and—ultimately—cure it, or even prevent it from occurring in the first place.
The major scientific theories about the causes of MS include the following: Immunologic It is now generally accepted that MS involves an immune-mediated process— an abnormal response of the body’s immune system that is directed against the myelin (the fatty sheath that surrounds and insulates the nerve fibers) in the central nervous system (CNS—the brain, spinal cord and optic nerves). The exact antigen, or target that the immune cells are sensitized to attack, remains unknown -- which is why MS is considered by most experts to be immune-mediated rather than autoimmune. In recent years, however, researchers have been able to identify which immune cells are mounting the attack, some of the factors that cause them to attack, and some of the sites, or receptors, on the attacking cells that appear to be attracted to the myelin to begin the destructive process. Ongoing efforts to learn more about the immunemediated process in MS—what sets it in motion, how it works, and how to slow or stop it—are bringing us closer to understanding the cause of MS.! Environmental MS is known to occur more frequently in areas that are farther from the equator. Epidemiologists—scientists who study disease patterns—are looking at many factors, including variations in geography, demographics (age, gender, and ethnic background), genetics, infectious causes, and migration patterns, in an effort to understand why. Studies of migration patterns have shown that people born in an area of the world with a high risk of MS who then move to an area with a lower risk before the age of 15, acquire the risk of their new area. Such data suggest that exposure to some environmental agent that occurs before puberty may predispose a person to develop MS later on. Some scientists think the reason may have something to do with vitamin D , which the human body produces naturally when the skin is exposed to sunlight. People who live closer to the equator are exposed to greater amounts of sunlight year-round.
As a result, they tend to have higher levels of naturally-produced vitamin D, which is thought to have a beneficial impact on immune function and may help protect against autoimmune diseases like MS. The possible relationship between MS and sunlight exposure is currently being looked at in a Society-funded epidemiological study in Australia Some scientists think the reason may have something to do with vitamin D , which the human body produces naturally when the skin is exposed to sunlight. People who live closer to the equator are exposed to greater amounts of sunlight yearround. As a result, they tend to have higher levels of naturally-produced vitamin D, which is thought to have a beneficial impact on immune function and may help protect against autoimmune diseases like MS. The possible relationship between MS and sunlight exposure is currently being looked at in a Society-funded epidemiological study in Australia. Other scientists study MS clusters— which are defined as higher-thanexpected numbers of cases of MS that have occurred over a specific time period and/or in a certain area. These clusters are of interest because they may provide clues to environmental (such as environmental and industrial toxins, diet, or trace metal exposures) factors that might cause or trigger the disease. So far, cluster studies have not produced clear evidence for the existence of any triggering factor or factors in MS. Infectious Since initial exposure to numerous viruses, bacteria and other microbes occurs during childhood, and since viruses are well recognized as causes of demyelination and inflammation, it is possible that a virus or other infectious agent is the triggering factor in MS. More than a dozen viruses and bacteria, including measles, canine distemper, human herpes virus-6, Epstein-Barr, and Chlamydia pneumonia have
Health
!
been or are being investigated to determine if they are involved in the development of MS, but none have been definitively proven to trigger MS Genetic- While MS is not hereditary in a strict sense, having a first-degree relative such as a parent or sibling with MS increases an individual's risk of developing the disease several-fold above the risk for the general population. Studies have shown that there is a higher prevalence of certain genes in populations with higher rates of MS. Common genetic factors have also been found in some families where there is more than one person with MS. Some researchers theorize that MS develops because a person is born with a genetic predisposition to react to some environmental agent that, upon exposure, triggers an autoimmune response. Sophisticated new techniques for identifying genes may help answer questions about the role of genes in the development of MS.

MS is thought to affect more than 2.3 million people worldwide. While the disease is not contagious or directly inherited, epidemiologists—the scientists who study patterns of disease—have identified factors in the distribution of MS around the world that may eventually help determine what causes the disease. These factors include gender, genetics, age, geography, and ethnic background. Patterns in the Distribution of MS- As in other autoimmune diseases, MS is significantly more common (at least 2-3 times) in women than men. This gender difference has stimulated important research initiatives looking at the role of hormones in MS. •
•
•
MS is not directly inherited, but genetics play an important role in who gets the disease. While the risk of developing MS in the general population is 1/750, the risk rises to 1/40 in anyone who has a close relative (parent, sibling, child) with the disease. In families in which several people have been diagnosed with MS, the risk may be even higher. Even though identical twins share the same genetic makeup, the risk for an identical twin is only 1/4—which means that some factor(s) other than genetics are involved.
IEFG$#3#'M$3$GE!
While most people are diagnosed between the ages of 20 and 50, MS can appear in young children and teens as well as much older adults. Studying the disease in different age groups may help scientists determine the cause of MS and explain why the disease course differs from one person to another. Important questions include why the disease appears so early in some children and why people who are diagnosed after age 50 tend to have a more steadily progressive course that primarily affects their ability to walk. In all parts of the world, MS is more common at northern latitudes that are farther from the equator and less common in areas closer to the equator. Researchers are now investigating whether increased exposure to sunlight and the vitamin D it provides may have a protective effect on those living nearer the equator.
MS occurs in most ethnic groups, including AfricanAmericans, Asians and Hispanics/Latinos, but is more common in Caucasians of northern European ancestry. However some ethnic groups, such as the Inuit, Aborigines and Maoris, have few if any documented cases of MS regardless of where they live. These variations that occur even within geographic areas with the same climate suggest that geography, ethnicity, and other factors interact in some complex way.

A tailor in New York City, Thomas L. Jennings is credited with being the first African American to hold a U.S. patent. The patent, which was issued in 1821, was for a dry- cleaning process.!
Thomas Jennings
was the first African American to receive a patent, on March 3, 1821. His patent was for a dry-cleaning process called “dry scouring. The first money Thomas Jennings earned from his patent was spent on the legal fees necessary to liberate his family out of slavery and support the abolitionist cause. Thomas Jennings was a free man born in 1791 in New York City. He was 30 years old when he was granted a patent for a dry cleaning process. In his early 20s Thomas Jennings became a tailor, and later opened a dry cleaning business in the city. As a tailor. Jennings' skills were so admired that people near and far came to him to alter or custom tailor items of clothing for them. Eventually, Jennings reputation grew such that he was able to open his own store on Church street which grew into one of the largest clothing stores in New York City. While running his business Jennings developed dryscouring. He had many customers complain of their clothes being ruined by stains and so he began experimenting with cleaners and mixtures that would remove the stains without harming the material. Thomas Jennings earned a large amount of money as a tailor and even more with his dry scouring invention and most of the money he earned went to his abolitionist activities. In 1831, Thomas Jennings became assistant secretary for the First Annual Convention of the People of Color in Philadelphia, PA. Thomas L. Jennings Dry Scouring technique created modern day dry cleaning. His patent made him a fortune for the time. Jennings was fortunate that he was a free man, and not a slave at the time of his invention. Besides all the other indignities and cruelties African American slaves had to face, they were also ineligible to hold a patent. Under the United States patent laws of 1793 a person must sign an oath or declaration stating that they were a citizen of the United States. While there were, apparently, provisions through which a slave could enjoy patent protection, the ability of a slave to seek out, receive and defend a patent was unlikely. Later, in 1858, the patent office changed the laws, stating that since slaves were not citizens, they could not hold a

patent Furthermore, the court said that the slave owner, not being the true inventor could not apply for a patent either.
lawsuit. On Sunday, July 16, 1854, Elizabeth Jennings set off for the First Colored Congregational Church, where she was an organist. Running late, she boarded a streetcar of the Third Avenue Railroad Company at the corner of Pearl and Chatham streets. The conductor ordered her to get off. When she refused, the conductor tried to remove her by force. Eventually, with the aid of a police officer, Miss Jennings was ejected from the streetcar. Horace Greeley's New York Tribune commented on the incident in February 1855: She got upon one of the Company's cars last summer, on the Sabbath, to ride to church. The conductor undertook to get her off, first alleging the car was full; when that was shown to be false, he pretended the other passengers were displeased at her presence; but (when) she insisted on her rights, he took hold of her by force to expel her. She resisted. The conductor got her down on the platform, jammed her bonnet, soiled her dress and injured her person. Quite a crowd gathered, but she effectually resisted. Finally, after the car had gone on further, with the aid of a policeman they succeeded in removing her. Her story was publicized by Frederick Douglass, and received national attention. Elizabeth Jennings filed a lawsuit in the Brooklyn Court against the driver, the conductor, and the Third Avenue Railroad Company. Because of her father's prominence and wealth, she was able to obtain the best legal representation and hired the law firm of Culver, Parker, and Arthur to sue the bus company and was represented in court by a young attorney named Chester Arthur, who would go on to become the 21st President of the United States. Ms. Jennings would ultimately win her case in front of the Brooklyn Circuit Court in 1855. The jury awarded damages in the amount of $225.00, and $22.50 in costs. The next day, the Third Avenue Railroad Company ordered its cars desegregated.
Dr. Feel '
''''''''''''''''''BG#'(#8%'M%"#88'D#3E#=#"' Stressed, burdened with life's difficult problems and fear that your health is declining? Then sex is the answer to happiness, longevity and a healthy body. You don't agree? Well, here is a list of the health benefits of sex, so do it daily to experience complete pleasure. These are 16 reasons to have sex today! 1. De-stress Sex helps you reduce stress. When deep breathing exercises fail to destress you, sex will do the needful. During sex your body produces dopamine, a substance that fights stress hormones, endorphins, aka "happiness hormones" and oxytocin, a desireenhancing hormone secreted by the pituitary gland. In a study, published in the Public Library of Science journal, three neuroscience researchers conducted a test on male rats and found that the sexually active rats were less anxious than rats with no sexual activity. 2. Great Form of Exercise Making love is a form of physical activity. During intercourse, the physiological changes in your body are consistent with a workout. You must have noticed that the respiratory rate rises, which means you get tired. Hence, you burn calories. If you have sex three times a week for 15 minutes (but we know you can do better than that) you'll burn about 7.500 calories in a year. That's the equivalent of jogging 75 miles! Heavy breathing raises the amount of oxygen in your cells, and the testosterone produced during sex keeps your bones and muscles strong. 3. Lowers high blood pressure Hugs and sex can improve your blood pressure. Sex reduces diastolic blood pressure, that is, the bottom number while reading blood pressure. Researchers with the University of Paisley conducted an experiment on the same. They concluded that sex improves blood pressure. 4. Builds your immunity Trying to fight the sniffles? Sex is the answer to fight cold and other health problems; sex can boost your immunity. Immunoglobulin A, an antigen that fights the flu increases when the frequency of sex increases.
5. Makes You Look Younger Making love three times a week can make you look 10 years younger, claims a Scottish researcher. "It's good for you to have good sex," says David Weeks, a clinical neuropsychologist at the Royal Edinburgh Hospital, whose study on the effects of sex on aging appears in his book, Secrets of the Super young. 6. Healthy heart Sex helps you burn calories but it can also improve your heart. Sex will take care of stroke and heart attacks, you just have to enjoy the moment. Scientists with New England Research Institute examined the effect of sex on the heart. The study concluded that men are 45 percent less likely to experience cardiovascular diseases. But the study fails to study the effect of sex on a woman's heart. 7. Pain relief Pleasure is the measure to beat out the pain. Do you experience migraines and body pain? Well sex is the answer. But if you experience back pain, it is best to consult a doctor. Dr. George E. Erlich, an arthritis specialist from Philadelphia conducted a study on the link between arthritis and sex. He narrows down that patients who engaged in sex experienced less pain. 8. Builds trust and intimacy The act of sex spikes the hormone oxytocin; this hormone is responsible for your happiness and love. If your feel your relationship is falling out, there is trust or you're worried that your partner will stray away, then sex will dispel these doubts. The hormone oxytocin builds trust and brings couples closer, and cupid too. 9. Less chances of cancer Regular ejaculation reduces your chances of developing prostate cancer. In an Australian study men who ejaculated 21 times a month were least likely to develop cancer. It is further supported by other researches that sexual intercourse reduces the risk of prostrate cancer.
10. Stronger pelvic muscles Sex involves the use of several muscles; hence regular sexual intercourse can help you develop stronger pelvic muscles. Further, since the act of sex involves a range of muscles, it also helps strengthen these muscles - for ex: quads, your core, and the upper back. Through regular sex, you can also maintain a strong bladder and bowel function. Strong muscles, calorie burner, improves heart health - sex seems to take care of you. 11. Prostate Protection Most of the fluid you ejaculate is secreted by the prostate gland. If you stop ejaculating, the fluid stays in the gland, which tends to swell, causing lots of problems. Regular ejaculation will wash those fluids out and ensure the well being of your prostate until old age. Problems may also occur when you suddenly change the frequency of ejaculations. 12. Induces sleep After that great, lovely workout you are bound to get good sleep. But guess what? Sex works the same way as exercise. The increased heart rate leads to increased post-coital relaxation. Sex could be the next thing for insomniacs! So what really happens: - Sex can relax you, hence if you are already tired, the act of sex will induce sleep. - When men ejaculate they become lethargic, this can make them sleepy. 13. Regular periods Apparently sex can improve your menstrual cycle. Sex regulates hormones, which in turn regulate the menstrual cycle. Sex reduces stress, which is one of the reasons women miss their periods. Sex seems like a better option than pills. 14. Prevents Erectile Dysfunctions Fifty per cent of men older than 40 suffer from erectile dysfunctions and all young men fear the moment when they won't be able to get it up any more. The best medicine against impotence is...sex. An erection keeps the blood flowing through your penile arteries, so the tissue stays healthy. Plus, doctors compare an erection to an athletic reflex: the more you train the more capable you are to perform. 15. Live longer A healthy heart, stronger muscles, increased circulation of oxygen and happiness are some of the factors that add life to the years and as a result - years to your life. A study published in the British Medical Journal reveals that men who engaged in sex often live twice as those who rarely had any action. 16. Healthier semen If you're trying to conceive, you increase the volume of semen if you have sex regularly. Regular sex replaces old sperms from the testicles. If there is a natural build of sperms it can lead to DNA damage.

“Love in the Future” captures ever essence of love, with subjects like attraction, sex, desiring a future with your partner, overcoming loneliness and more, in his refined, neo-soul sound. “Who Do We Think We Are,” “Made to Love” and “All of Me,” that ignited our anticipation from Legend’s “Love in the Future” project. Passionate vocals from Legend, piano accompaniment, looped harmonies and a Rick Ross verse make up leading single, “Who Do We Think We Are.” Next came “Made to Love,” a playful song featuring guest vocals from Kimbra that blend perfectly with those of Legend’s. The sincere promise track, “All of Me,” begins like “The Beginning!” but goes further with groom-to-be Legend’s intimate vows to fiancée Teigen.
Well we heard this question before regarding Mary J. Blige and Keisha Cole but could love have affected John Legend's new album as well? Bitten by the love bug Newly married to model Chrissy Teigen Made smooth and enjoyable music since the beginning of his career in 2004. Through his music, Legend has always encouraged his fans to love and to be loved.
Legend worked with a plethora of producers, like Q-Tip, Malay, Doc McKinney, Bink! And 88 Keys to name a few, with Kanye West as one of his few executive producers.
!
Overall, optimism about future, and of course, love. The downside to this album is that it could get quite sluggish somewhere towards the middle because of tracks of similar tempo and music arrangements. However, if you manage to look (or listen) beyond that, this could be an album that is worth listening for some time, though it still falls short of the expectations that were set by Get Lifted, his debut album.

Anue !
I first saw Anue in action last year at the Scarface show. Let me say that some people do stuff because it is trendy or for the perks that come with it and then there are those people that do stuff for the passion for it. That is Anue , ironically Scarface is one of his favorites so to be able to open up for him had to be an amazing feeling. Anue stage presence was so humble and natural that night. Then I saw Anew in another light ‌ A battle light and once again he showed up and showed out. His word play is witty , knowledgeable and demands respect.

Researchers have found that when a woman's nipples are stimulated, it activates a specific area of the brain known as the Genital Sensory Cortex. This is the same area triggered when a woman's clitoris, vagina, and cervix are stimulated. Besides the fact that many women have experienced and LOVE nipple orgasms, this research explains why a nipple orgasm is even possible. Now I am going to tell you how to make it happen! Here are my 7 steps to giving your lady a Nipple O: • Foreplay. Get your lady in the mood. Help her to relax with a massage. Kiss her, lick her neck, rub and caress her body. It's important to have her relaxed and aroused as breasts become more sensitive when a woman is aroused. Also being relaxed will help her to fully experience what you are about to do to her (and it's about to be a good time!) • Leaving out her nipples, lick all over her breasts and follow your tongue with light fingertip caresses. As you continue to lick and delight both of her breasts, increase your fingertip caresses to massaging her breasts (still no nips yet! lol) This step should take 5-10 minutes. • Once both her breasts have been fully licked and massaged all over (and I do mean all over), squeeze her nipples to raise them slightly. • Lick her nipples with the tip of your wet tongue in slow, soft, circular motions. • After a few minutes of licking her nipples (and if her head hasn't popped off yet), begin flicking her nipples with your tongue. • Begin sucking gently on her nipples then harder. Alternate between sucks, licks, and tongue flicks. Begin to intensify your sucks, licks, and flicks, leaving the most intense for the end. Just as in sex, it is a "build up", getting more and more intense towards the end until finally BOOM!.....she orgasms.
The entire process can take 10-15 minutes depending on your lady but don't fret if it doesn't happen the first time you go for a Nipple Orgasm. A woman's breast sensitivity changes depending on where she is at in her cycle, so a Nipple Orgasm may not work this week, but it may work the next week. Or it may work this week and not the next. However, once a woman does begin experiencing and enjoying Nipple O's, she is able to experience them with more ease and more often. Remember: Start soft and then intensify your touches, sucks, licks, and flicks as your woman becomes more and more aroused. You can also ask for feedback from your lady to see what licks, sucks, etc. she likes best so you know what turns her on the most. If need be, you can even have her demonstrate on your nipples. Again, this is a Nipple Orgasm, we aren't touching her clitoris, vagina, or any other happy lady parts; just focusing solely on her breasts and nipples. Extras:!* Incorporate ice or something hot like hot cocoa or tea to your nipple orgasm routine to intensify the sensations. ! Position her to where her breasts are hanging over your face. Breasts become more sensitive when they're hanging down thanks to good ole' gravity and an increase of blood flow. !* My personal favorite is to be tied up and blindfolded and THEN you begin your nipple orgasm routine. The feeling of being helpless, immobilized, and the sensory deprivation will heighten her sensations BIG TIME and provide a much stronger orgasm. the professor from Kansas State University, Mark Haub, who performed a famous junk food diet. Professor Haub proved a powerful lesson for anyone who still has weight to lose, so let's listen up. !In a demonstrative experiment for his nutrition class, Professor Haub ate a diet of pure junk food for 2 months. I'm talking candy bars and packaged snacks – the kinds of things you find in a snack machine. !You'd expect him to gain weight, right? Well, there was one catch. He was only allowed to eat 1800 calories each day. Yes, those calories were pure junk, but the limit was firmly put at 1800 calories. !Before the experiment, Professor Haub's typical calorie intake was closer to 2600 calories. So his junk food diet put him at an 800 calorie per day deficit. !Boy did that calorie deficit pay off. Within 2 months he had dropped 30 pounds, bringing his BMI from overweight down to normal. !No, I'm NOT recommending a junk food diet as your answer for fat loss.
