Power 107.5 presents… 2013 Powerfest No Butts About IT!

Letter To Family And Friends Of Girlfriends Talk From Founder And Editor –IN Chief

This September was really busy for me. I loved every moment of it too. I wish I could have attended more events and gotten involved in great events that were going on in our city. Unfortunately I was able to but I truly appreciate the invites I received.

Mr. Columbus Is Back

Page 6

Beauty- Plucking VS Waxing Page 9

On this month’s cover is Mr. Columbus again. He is a big supporter of Girlfriends Talk and I wanted to show my appreciation by acknowledging his 11th album release. I got a chance to listen to the entire album and I must say it is fire! With an whole new vibe. Make sure you check out the interview. I made it to the 107.5 Power Fest, which was really, really good. I got to see MGK perform for the first time; this guy is the most humble young artist I have ever seen. That was the night I became a fan of his. Also B.O.B, Ace Hood and Sevyn Streeter did their thing. I really had a great time. Did I mention there were some local artists who opened up the show? Toni Jones, Mr. Cocky himself (Young Wise) and FHSP to name a few. I also attended Mook Da Star "Dolo" album release party, who had a number of local acts open up for him as well. I’m seeing the love! I was so looking forward to September mainly because of the Ohio Hip Hop Awards. The agenda took a different path. I did attend the "Learn to Earn" Conference but not the main event. I also went to Toledo to support Boss Lady who was in a Fashion Show with her "Hey Girl" eyeglass wear. So as you see it wasn't a bad month for me, I stayed busy. I also returned back to The Truth radio on WUGR, make sure you tune in every Sunday at 8pm. – Janice L. Carter

What’s Happening In The C.O?!

!

Mr. Columbus Is Back Music is my way of speaking to the people- Mr. Columbus

We are approaching 4th quarter and It's that time of the year again. If you don't know by now what this means, let me drop a little knowledge on you. Mr. Columbus is back with his number 11 CD " Come A Long Way. He has been constantly releasing music since 2004 along with calendars, DVD's and T-shirtʟs. Just in case you missed it the last two times Mr. Columbus who is also known to rock a club with a live band, has appeared in Girlfriends Talk Magazine twice and has graced the cover of the November 2012 issue. Not only is he a rapper he is a photographer, he does videography and a songwriter. Yes a man of many talents. Mr. Columbus is a local artist that has put in a lot of work across the globe. He has opened up for artists such as Scarface/ Ghetto Boys, which opened doors for him in this music business. He also opened for Lil Flip, Beanie Segal, Freeway, AZ, J Holiday, Stalley, Mike Jones, Ray Cash, Dead Prez and a host of others. The title of this CD speaks volumes. I don't mean this in a bad way. I had a chance to listen to the album and I have to admit "Came Along Way" was a perfect title. Mr. Columbus switched his entire flow up putting some stank on his style he seems more confident, turned up the bass in his voice and a bit more reassured that he has just what the music game was missing.

When asked Mr. Columbus to explain the already self explanatory title he had this to say: !

MC: came along way is street wise to music wise and being free and around to tell the story. Itʼs totally different. Itʼs more information and more real music. GT: What do you consider real music? MC: Music you can identify with. Music today you cant relate to. GT: Why after almost 10 years of music you say " Came Along Way" is your best work? MC: I felt I had to do something to change the way people viewed Ohio music. I simple just told the truth. I wasn't preaching to them I simply just talked to them while vibing to the music. GT: Speaking of “The Truth”, it has a Tupac feel. I also noticed some other similarities and when brought to Mr.Columbus attention he said it was purposely done. Paying homage to artists he truly admired. GT: Why the drastic change now? MC: We have lost that real music, that music with substance. I also feel like my life is a musical diary and every year I play it out in my album and this is where I am right now. More grown folks music and real life situations it's 100% authentic! GT: What were some of the things you did differently? MC: I used all new people and producers. Such as Standoutheat.com, Jay Davi / Americonium Records whom I haven't worked with since my first album in 2004 and will Mc Gee who also did 90 % of the "My Life Is A Movie" album". All Columbus based and just came up with a new sound and new product. GT: What artist inspires you to do what you do? MC: I can't relate to no one. I am not rocking with no one right now. GT: So you don't listen to anyone?

!

MC: Not industry wise. These artists have sold their souls for the sake of being famous. Itʼs not all about popping bottles and fucking bitches. People need to hear the truth. These people people are spending billions to dumb down society. So I don't listen too nothing but independent artists. I definitely support all local artists everywhere I go. GT: I noticed some songs from your older collection of music like My Life and Common.

GT: Are you reaching out to Power 107.5? MC: No, my music has been played on other radio stations in other cities. Every time I went to Power 107.5 it was always some run around or something, so I'm cool. It's not about the music or the artist there, it is about the money. So no radio, no club music, just real music- I'm going against following the norm. GT: So Mr. Columbus a decade in, what's next?

MC: Yes I revamped a couple of songs & switched up some of the beats. GT: Out of the 14 songs which one is your favorite?

MC: I'm just going to ride out, ride it to the wheels fall off. I'm already established as an artist. Now it is time to start looking into producing other artists and adding people to the rooster.

MC: I have so many but I will say "Truth" because that song sums it up. It is the truth! Everyday people with every day problems. GT: You have a mixture of sounds going on in your current music. I definitely hear Cali, Harlem, Midwest…this album has such a global feel. MC: Thatʼs because of the producers and their back grounds and talents. GT: I'm really digging this slow ballad " Sometimes". MC: DJ Crate did the beat. He's a pretty busy guy. GT: You have a few features and new people. Black Rose from Harlem came to Columbus and you two immediately kicked it off. In result you came up with "Only on the Weekend". MC: Yes, we wrote that right on the spot. I also have completed three self-directed videos so far for - Came Along Way, Feel It In The Air Feat. Naja and Keep Your Head Up feat. Rush who is with the Jay Davi " I am Life" group. GT: So how has the support been lately? MC: Since I changed my name to Mr. Columbus it has been really good. Iʼm out there and I am a real person. GT: Is it just women who support you? MC: Not at all, people are starting to recognize me wherever I go.

Beauty Plucking VS Waxing

Pro: Speed The process of waxing your face is a quick one; from the time the aesthetician smooths the wax on your face to the time that she rips it -- and the excess hair -- off is usually a matter of minutes. This is much quicker than, say, tweezing, which can take quite a bit of time depending on how much hair there is to be removed. Con: Pain Okay, we're going to level with you here -- it hurts. Waxing is no walk in the park, and you will definitely feel it when that strip over the wax is ripped off your face. If you are really sensitive to pain, you can take a pain reliever about an hour before your appointment, but for the most part, this is one of those beauty processes that simply require you to endure. Pro: Effectiveness The beauty of waxing is that it is truly effective. It lasts for three to four weeks at a time, and gets just about every errant hair on your face; you can even do it more than once to get it all off if you need to. Because of how well it works and how long it lasts, waxing is one of the more effective ways to remove hair from your face. Con: Red Bumps/Rashes In addition to the pain, waxing on your face can leave behind an angry red rash or bright red bumps. This is because of the nerve endings that stay right under the skin on your face. The effect should be temporary, and can generally be relieved with a light lotion meant for skin just after waxing. However, if the rash remains, you may be having a reaction to the components of the wax. Plucking: Pros The simplicity of plucking is its main advantage; chances are, if you pluck your eyebrows you already know how to remove hair with tweezers and you've already got a good, sharp pair, so you won't need to purchase any additional supplies. Plucking removes hair from the root, so you won't have to deal with any stubble. Plus, you don't have pay a professional to get it done -- you can tweeze out unwanted upper lip hair from the comfort of your own bathroom. Plucking: Cons Pain is the main deterrent from plucking upper lip hair; you must remove each hair individually, bringing the ouch factor way up. For this reason, you'll also have to devote more time to tweezing than a method that removes multiple hairs at once. When you pluck, you're also often gripping the hair by the top of the shaft, making it more prone to breaking off and causing a nasty and painful ingrown hair. Threading: Pros Though threading may be unfamiliar to many Western women, the hairremoval method has been favored by women in the East for centuries. Threading is less painful than tweezing -- most people only experience a slight tingling sensation -- and has the bonus of removing many hairs at the same time. With threading, you don't have to wait for the hair to grow back to a certain length to remove it because the threads can remove tiny, fine hairs and even ingrown hairs from past plucking. Threading: Cons Seemingly the only disadvantage of threading is the cost. If you don't know how to perform it on yourself, you'll not only have to find a threading salon in your neighborhood but also pay for the service. Fortunately, it's usually cheaper than waxing (about $10 for upper lip threading at most salons). Of course, your best bet would be to grab some thread and learn how to do it yourself.

No Butts About It! Each type of butt injection has its own unique set of risks associated with it, but the main risks inherent to these procedures include:

Women across the U.S. are risking their lives for black market procedures to make their buttocks bigger, often involving homeimprovement materials such as silicone injected by people with no medical training. Butt implants (more formally called gluteal implants) are one of the fastest growing cosmetic surgery procedure s in the United States, with both men and women signing up for them in record numbers. For men, having a muscular-looking “bubble butt” has always been the ideal, but now women are looking for ways to enlarge their backsides, too. Curvy is in, and women are increasingly turning to buttock augmentation to achieve the contour they seek. Buttock augmentation comes with one of the highest risks of complications of any cosmetic surgery procedure. The most common complication is the formation of seromas, which are pockets in the body that are filled with with bodily fluids. According to one study, seroma formation occurred in about one quarter of all patients.

• • • • • • • • • •

Blood clots Nerve damage Scarring Infection Death Kidney failure Respiratory issues Inflammation Allergic reactions Buttocks asymmetry (one cheek is bigger than the other)

The list could go on and on. The fact is that regardless of the type of butt injection and whether you're getting the procedure done in a high-end clinic or in the back of some windowless van, there are serious risks that come with these procedures. People have died from buttocks injections gone wrong, and others have had to get amputations and other serious treatments to care for the damage from the dangerous procedures. Is it really worth putting your life at risk just to get a bigger butt? Especially when there are safe, natural alternatives that deliver better results?

Other complications include infection, capsular contraction, and nerve problems causing numbness or tingling. Like breast implants, butt implants can also rupture or shift position within the body. This shifting can lead to asymmetry (one buttock being larger or differently shaped than the other).

Morris Garner, who also goes by the name Tracey Lynn Garner, is escorted into a Hinds County courtroom by bailiff Tony Queen in Jackson, Miss., Tuesday, Sept. 11, 2012, for a bond hearing. Garner, was charged with depraved-heart murder after performing an illegal buttocks implant that killed a Georgia woman.

!!!!!"#$!%&'!()&*+! Jazz Icon

George Duke January 12 1946- August 5 2013!

His sound combined electric and acoustic jazz with funk, R&B and soul, and during a career that began in the 1960s he made some 30 solo albums (the best known of which was his 1979 classic A Brazilian Love Affair), and recorded and performed with a huge range of artists. He is widely regarded as a pioneer of the jazz-rock fusion movement, which flowered during the 1970s, and was noted, for his acoustic and electric piano as well as for his groundbreaking use of synthesizers. His website lists six Grammy wins and nine nominations. His vast recorded output has been sampled by contemporary hip hop R&B artists such as Kanye West, Daft Punk and Jill Scott. Duke is also remembered for the stellar line-up of soul singers he brought together for the Nelson Mandela 70th birthday tribute concert held at Wembley Stadium in 1988. He often worked as a musical director, and contributed to the soundtracks for television programs and for films including Leap Of Faith (1992), The Meteor Man (1993) and Never Die Alone (2004). George Duke was born on January 12 1946 at San Rafael, California. When he was only four, his mother took him to see a performance by Duke Ellington, and he is said to have spent the next few days demanding a piano. It was three years before he got his wish, his mother purchasing an upright for only $15. A strong early influence was the music in his local Baptist church. At high school, George led a Latin band and played with other groups after lessons were over, as well as continuing to study the piano. He went on to the San Francisco Conservatory, completing a Music degree in 1967. He then took a Master’s in Composition at San Francisco State University. Duke’s professional career kicked off with a spell as resident pianist in a group with the singer Al Jarreau at San Francisco’s Half Note, backing figures such as Dizzy Gillespie and Kenny Dorham – a grounding that served him well for the rest of his career. In 1966 the George Duke Quartet released their debut album, and Duke also met Frank Zappa, who became a key influence, teaching him the basics of production and opening him up to many other musical styles, including European avant-garde experimentalism. It was Zappa who encouraged him to sing and use electronics. In 1969 Duke began playing with the French electric violinist Jean-Luc Ponty — he played extensively on Ponty’s King Kong, an album written for him by Zappa. The following year Duke joined Zappa’s avant-garde band The Mothers of Invention, and he would eventually play on 16 of Zappa’s albums; these included Chunga’s Revenge; 200 Motels (Duke made a cameo appearance in the film); and Apostrophe, for which he co-wrote with Zappa Uncle Remus, a song about African-American attitudes to oppression. In 1972 Duke toured with Cannonball Adderley, the alto saxophonist, who introduced him to the bass player Stanley Clarke. Thus was formed the Clarke/Duke Project, which scored a Top 20 crossover hit, Sweet Baby, in the early Eighties. Duke also formed a jazz-rock duo with the fusion powerdrummer Billy Cobham. Duke’s many credits as a session musician include albums by Michael Jackson (Off The Wall), Airto Moreira, Flora Purim, Chaka Khan and Sonny Rollins. He also produced albums for many artists, among them Gladys Knight, The Pointer Sisters, and Dianne Reeves, as well as tracks for Miles Davis’s Tutu (1986) and Amandla (1989). In 2000 he left his label, Warner Bros, to found his own, BPM (Big Piano Music). George Duke’s last album Dreamweaver, released this year, was a tribute to his late wife, Corine. He is survived by his two sons.

Keeping it Real With Dr. Feel Love Locked Down By : Clayton Walker

Can't Stay, Don't Wanna Leave Dear Dr.Feel: My man has been locked up for over 4 years now out of his 10 years sentence. We have two children together and they love him to death. Recently, I have found myself involved with a guy I met over a year ago. Things are starting to get serious between us. I still love my dude who's locked up, and I promised him I'd ride this out with him. Now, I'm not sure. The guy I met is great! He treats me and my kids great. He has a good job and he is an all around good man, whom I'm really developing deep feelings for. I don't think I can stay in a lover-type relationship with my dude who's locked up, but I don't wanna leave him either. Help! Dear Can't Stay, Don't wanna Leave: I appreciate and respect your honesty. It's amazing how love finds us sometimes when we least expect it. Its unfortunate that it found you, when it's not the best timing for your locked up, soon to be ex-lover. I say that because you remained faithful and it sounds as if you pretty much have your mind made up. However, it is a matter of what you choose for your life, and your kids lives. You have to ask yourself, what is best for your ultimate happiness in life? Don't get me wrong; it is important that you maintain a constant presence in your lock-up loved-ones life, as well as keeping his kids connected to him as well. He will still need your support. I don't know if he's already aware of your new gentleman, but you will need to begin the process of easing the news to him. If his goal is to see you happy, then he will be supportive if that's the case. If he has a difficult time, then stay consistent in your support of him while going on with your life, and he should be more understanding by the time he's released. Remember this: make sure, you're sure before you jump out there with the news‌ Just keeping It real‌How Do You Feel?

One of my all time favorite R & B girl groups is Total. They were the coldest. Not to take away from T.L.C but Total was truly the real sexy ,crazy ,cool. This 1990's female trio was one of the signature acts of P Diddy's Bad Boy Records. Keisha Spivey , Pamela Long And Kima Raynor made their first appearance singing the hook on The Notorious B.I.G.'s debut single "Juicy". Garnering attention for the new group, they were also featured on the rapper's next single "One More Chance" and its "Hip Hop Remix". After much success for whatever reason the group fizzled out. It was rumored Kima quit the group first. It is also said that she has since been replaced and Total are making plans to resurface. The return of Total is one rumor I hope is true. As of now Pamela seems to be the most active member of the group, working on a new album project entitled "Undeniable" has either came or expected to come out sometime this 2013 year . She was also spotted at the 2012 BET Awards.

GT’s Local Talent Spotlight

Written by T. George Rocky P4 Shillzey was born in East Cleveland, OH in 1985. The youngest of 3 children, Rocky’s interest in music started in the early 90’s after the release of his older brother Pratt’s “Ready Rocks...” single by East Cleveland’s legendary Brothers 4 the Struggle group. He began by rapping at lunch tables and study halls at Mayfair Elementary, Adobine Jr. High, and John Hay. His first performance was an inspirational rap in church around 2001. It wasn’t until Rocky tried reaching out to other artists and entities that he thought may be able to help him that he decided to take matters into his own hands and pursue a rap career full throttle. After visiting Atlanta Georgia in 2004, to get his feet wet in the industry, he realized that he needed to obtain some recordings and other material to get his idea into action. At this time his brother Pratt Attack introduced him to Gel of UGK Records and they hit it off straight away. He then began to move major units in the streets on his own by banging his music “out of his Duffle Bag”. He started out selling Gel’s "Walk through Hell" and "Gel UGK" mixtapes before dropping his own titled "I’m Raw" in 2009 in association with The Legendary Crazy D’s Music Store. These humble beginnings and his tenacious drive attracted the attention of all of his peers, including Cleveland’s legendary Silver B, Eric Wilson of Scratch Paper Productions, Suave Goddi Waka Flaka,

Paycheck of Brothers 4 the Struggle, Mimms, Young Buck, Loon (formerly of Bad Boy), Fear No Mob, Romey Rome, Cain of Thug Line The Life, Bone Thugs In Harmony, Marlon Lee of UGK Records, Quick G, Fiend (formerly of No Limit), Ray Hill, Don Diva, and various Trill Ent artists including Webbie. Known and praised for his extraordinary voice and transcending lyrical content, He was even formally introduced to the world of hip hop by Webbie on HoodstampedTV which sparked a buzz for his “Tri77 North C7eve7and” movement. Rocky’s Tri77 North C7eve7and movement, blessed and approved by Mama West Monroe (Pimp C’s Mom) began after his pursuit of a deal with SupaNatural/UGK Records. Now he’s making moves by directly interacting with Mama West Monroe and Hezeleo of Trill Gang/UGK. Currently in the process of finalizing and establishing his brand, you can catch Rocky promoting, performing, and pimping throughout the U.S. Equipped with official Trill and UGK merchandise, he is currently in the process of opening up a Tri77 North shop in the near future. I absolutely love blazers. Unisex attire that one can dress up or down in and still fit in. It is also a timeless classic fashion that is year round and never plays out. Blazers are an attention getter, especially when you rock it with something that compliments it, like jewelry or a scarf etc! There are a variety of styles, weight, with or without collars, fabrics, patterns, and colors. -Double-breasted is the most formal style of blazer -The single-breasted blazer, which is the more popular than its double-breasted counterpart, is a standard part of a three-piece suit and is seen in tuxedos. -Casual blazers can dress up less formal outfits giving you a more professional look. -Women's blazers are modeled after men's styles, but often feature feminine touches such as oversized decorative buttons, floral patterns and "unmanly" colors. You can still keep it dressy, preppy or rock the cool look! I think everyone should have at least 2 Blazers in their closet.

Ever had a Yogasm? The Cobra Pose is a pose that many have said to experience Yogasms in....

A yogasm is an orgasm experienced while practicing yoga. Yes, there are fortunate women out here having orgasms during yoga all willy nilly!! As if Yoga wasn't relaxing enough before... Yoga is used for many things such as relaxation; increasing one's flexibility; toning the body; and a whole slew of other physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual benefits. Also when you practice yoga, you are able to develop a heightened awareness of self, both mentally and physically, and the feelings and sensations that your body experiences. If all of that weren't enough to make a person want to begin yoga work, the possibility of an orgasm should seal the deal. This happens because during yoga we are strengthening the muscles in and around the pelvic floor and genitalia (also referred to as Mula Bandha). Certain yoga poses (such as the ones I added below) stretch and contract the pelvic floor muscles, increasing the blood flow and giving us feelings of arousal. This increase in blood flow swells the G-spot and stimulates our clitoris and vagina as well which can indeed result in an ORGASM!

Camel Pose: !-Stand up on your knees with 6 inches between your knees and feet. !-Place hands on hips, thumbs on the outside, fingers pointing down. !-Relax head all the way back and look at the floor behind you. !-Inhale and lift chest up towards the ceiling; exhale and push hips all the way forward, then come back halfway. !-Bring hands one at a time to the heels, thumbs outside, fingers inside (without dropping hips back). !-Keep head relaxed and breathe in through the nose. Inhale chest up, exhale through the nose and push hips forward. Keep the eyes open and keep breathing. YogaJournal.com

What could happen if you start practicing yoga? It's definitely a positive and healthy habit to pick up!

Are These 5 ‘Healthy’ Foods Sabotaging Your Results? It's frustrating when your body won't change. When the pounds won't drop. When those extra inches won't go away. !If you're exercising regularly and still not seeing results then it's time that you look closely at your diet. !One of the biggest obstacles that prevents you from losing fat and getting into awesome shape is all that processed food that you're still eating. !And I can't blame you, with the way more and more processed foods are being marketed as healthy, even the health savvy are being fooled. !Take a walk through the local natural foods market and you'll see nearly every form of junk food that you'd find at the supermarket – only with things like 'gluten free', 'organic' and 'zero trans fats' on the packages. !Those are all great – being gluten free, organic and trans fats free. Fresh, organic veggies, fruits and meats could all boast the same. But when those words are stamped on a package of cookies, chips or the like, then eating them is going to seriously slow your fitness results. Gluten free or not. !Here are the top 5 'healthy' processed foods that you're eating that are killing your results and keeping you from attaining your goal weight: !1) Healthy Cereal!Have you seen the cereal aisle at the natural foods market? Its shelves are lined with dozens of cereal boxes, all with bold health claims. There are gluten free cereals, cereals with no corn syrup, cereals with heart healthy grains, cereals with whole grains and even cereals with added vitamins. !Those all sound healthy, right? Well, sure those cereals are technically not as harmful as the brightly colored cereals from the supermarket, but as far as your fat loss results are concerned, the two are really about the same. !Cereal is a dense source of calories, which means it's almost impossible not to overdo it when enjoying a bowl. If your goal is to lose fat, then cereal, even organic, gluten free cereal, should stay off your daily menu. ! 2) Healthy Packaged Snacks! There is a brand of 'healthy' popcorn that literally has fit in its name. With branding like that it's no wonder people are getting confused and eating food that destroys their fitness results. !Popcorn, and other crunchy, packaged 'health' food snacks are filled with carbohydrates and calories. Two things that you should be cutting back on when working towards a fitness goal. These snack items are habit forming, so you may tell yourself that it's just a once-in-awhile treat, but soon it becomes a daily occurrence. !Here's the simple, unchanging fact about packaged snack foods: No matter what benefits are broadcasted on the package, it's always going to promote fat storage. Yes, even if it has fit right in its name.

3) Healthy Energy Bars! The energy bar aisle at the health food store is a colorful, wonderland of beautifully packaged, seemingly healthful snacks. The bars contain nuts, fruits, protein and even goji berries. What's not to love? !All that sugar, for starters. Manufacturers are clever enough to call sugar 'evaporated can juice' or 'natural cane sugar' or even 'rice syrup' but that sugar reacts in your body just the same as any other sugar. It encourages fat storage. !The next time that you reach for an energy bar, consider all of the calories and sugars. Look for bars that are low in sugars and high in protein, and if you're eating it in between meals consider eating just half the bar. ! 4) Healthy Bread!Have you ever spent time in the bread aisle, reading labels and trying to figure out which is the healthiest? It can be pretty confusing. There's wheat, whole wheat, gluten free, and sprouted grain. How can you tell what's the healthiest? !The unfortunate news, for all you bread lovers, is that when it comes to losing inches all bread is a problem. You see, gluten free bread is filled with just as many calories and carbohydrates as wheat bread or sprouted grain bread. !Don't fall into the trap of thinking that you have a free pass to indulge in bread when it's the 'healthy' kind. Your body will convert that healthy bread into fat quicker than you can say burpee. ! 5) Healthy Trail Mix!Trail mix is a tricky one for healthy food shoppers. It's made with nuts and seeds, which we know to be healthy. It's also often dotted with chocolate, sweetened dried fruits or other treats. Nuts can belong in a fat loss diet, within certain parameters. For example, a small handful of raw almonds makes a wonderful in-between-meals snack. It's filled with fiber, protein, good fat, vitamins and minerals. A half a cup of trail mix, on the other hand, is packed with two or three times the calories in addition to having added sweeteners and extra salt. Not to mention, trail mix is hard to stop eating once you've started. When working towards a fat loss goal, it's best to stay away from even the healthiest of trail mixes. !Never take a packaged food item based on the claims and benefits printed on the labels. When you're looking to transform your body, you must guard what goes into your mouth. Packaged foods, even those from the health store, are going to derail your results ever single time. !
