Through our Women at Work initiative, Girl Scouts Heart of the South is committed to encouraging and empowering today’s female business owners, former Girl Scouts and non-Girl Scouts alike! Through Women at Work - a mutual support program seeking to identify and promote female-owned businesses - Girl Scouts Heart of the South partners with the women business owners of today to mentor and inspire the female entrepreneurs of tomorrow! As an organization dedicated to fostering financial literacy and entrepreneurship in young women, Girl Scouts Heart of the South champions Women at Work!

Mentor
Help shape the leaders of tomorrow by becoming a mentor in Girl Scouts Heart of the South’s Possibility Project. Join our team of experts helping guide today’s young female entrepreneurs through The Possibility Project, our young women’s small business incubator.

INVEST IN GIRLS. CHANGE THE WORLD! Through Women at Work, Girl Scouts Heart of the South offers you the opportunity to invest in your own endeavors while also investing in today’s girls. By becoming a Women at Work member organization, your contribution goes to
support financial literacy and entrepreneurship programs that empower girls through the development of five essential skills: goal setting, money management, people skills, decision-making, and business ethics.
BECOME A WOMEN AT WORK MEMBER As an official Women at Work member, you show that you and your organization stand with other female-owned businesses in your support of Girl Scouts and our efforts to shape the female leaders of tomorrow. And Girl Scouts Heart of the South stands behind YOU! Membership opportunities are available on several levels according to your needs. In addition to the specific benefits listed below, ALL Women at Work members will receive notifications about upcoming GSHS council activities and initiatives, GSHS council publications and advance notification and preference regarding any contract or vendor opportunities with the GSHS council office.

For your contribution of $25 (or comparable in-kind donation*) you will receive an official Women at Work window cling (pictured below) to display proudly at your business or on your car.
For your contribution of $100 (or comparable in-kind donation*) you will receive an official Women at Work window cling , listing on the GSHS website as a Women at Work preferred partner and occasional mention as the GSHS Business of the Week via GSHS social media.
For your contribution of $50 (or comparable in-kind donation*) you will receive an official Women at Work window cling and a listing (along with your logo and weblink) on the Girl Scouts Heart of the South website as a Women at Work preferred partner organization. For your contribution of $200 (or comparable in-kind donation*) you will receive an official Women at Work window cling , listing on the GSHS website as a Women at Work preferred partner, occasional mention as the GSHS Business of the Week via GSHS social media AND special recognition in the GSHS Annual Report. *Comparable in-kind donations include useful goods or services your business may be able to provide to the council in support of GSHS council activities or initiatives.
