Troop Virtual Booth links: Your Troop Virtual Booth links will help your troop make sales online instead of, or in addition to, your regular in person cookie booths. When you set up your Troop Virtual Booth site, there will be two links you can use. These links will let your troop reach new customers in your local community and beyond. Two link options: 1. Troop virtual booth link: This link does it all! Customers can order for local delivery, donate cookies, or have them shipped! Troops can also take preorders for pick up at a troop designated location. 2. Troop ship-only link: Use this link when selling outside of your troop’s delivery area. Your role: Take the mandatory gsLearn training about Digital Cookie troop links, designate a registered adult in your troop to manage the Digital Cookie troop links, and work with your troop to determine which links work best for your troop. Contactless payment: The Digital Cookie app is where you will process credit card payments. Digital Cookies uses OCR technology to allow the Girl Scout to scan the customer’s credit card to keep the credit card process fully contactless. Credit card payments through Digital Cookie flow directly into eBudde. Your role: Take the mandatory gsLearn training about Digital Cookie contactless payments to prepare to train your Girl Scouts and their caregivers on the process. For more information check out our council website and the training module in gsLearn!

Cookie Exchange

Troops may not contact hot spot locations at any time during the cookie program or year.

The "Cookie Exchange" tab will allow you to input the cookies you have available to exchange and see what other troops have available. This tab will open on March 1 for troops to utilize. This is a good place to find cookies you may need prior to placing a cupboard order.

Booth hot spot list will be available after December 5 on the council website on the Product Program Central page. Resource Alert! The booth tracking form is great for tracking booth inventory and money! Your role: Complete the booth trainings in gsLearn and ensure your Girl Scouts and families understand all booth rules.
