Juliette Cookie Program

Welcome to the Juliette Cookie Program! Individual cookie entrepreneurs will work with the council’s Juliette cookie coordinator, Chandra Droke. This year’s cookie season runs Jan. 6 - March 16!

Caregiver Role

You, or another trusted adult, will need to act as your Girl Scout’s troop cookie manager. This is required in order for your Girl Scout to participate in the 2025 Girl Scout Cookie season. As a cookie manager, you will be able to log into the eBudde system (cookie order management system) to manage the season: place cookie orders with council, select hot spot booths, order rewards, and more.

Juliette Cookie Program Requirements

• Girl Scouts must be registered for the 2025 membership year.

• Caregivers must sign and submit a Juliette Product Program Agreement, Troop Cookie Manager Agreement, and Permission Form to gain access to the eBudde system.

• Once all of the above has been completed, the coordinator will get you registered in the eBudde system. You should receive an email from eBudde to log in. You will then have access to your Juliette troop.

• You will be assigned a Juliette troop number for the 2025 cookie season.

How to get started in the Council Juliette Cookie Program

• Read over the additional materials provided in the materials packet (Quick Bites, Cookie Program for Entrepreneurs, and more).

• Login to eBudde and Digital Cookie.

• Be sure that the mailing address you place in eBudde is up to date so that we mail all rewards to the correct location.

• Remember you are responsible for placing your Girl Scout’s cookie order in eBudde, picking them up from a cupboard, and getting them to customers. At the end of the program 100% of the funds are due to council. Cash can be turned in at our shop located at 7201 Girl Scout Lane, Indianapolis, IN 46214, paid through Digital Cookie, or by phone with a card.

Five Essential Skills

Girl Scout Entrepreneurs learn Five Essential Skills through the Girl Scout Cookie Program. Please go over these with your Girl Scouts:

Goal Setting: Girls learn to create a plan to reach their goals.

Decision Making: Girls learn to make decisions on their own and as a team.

Rewards and Proceeds

Money Management: Girls learn to create a budget and handle money.

Business Ethics: Girls learn to act responsibly and honestly, both in business and in life.

• Juliette Girl Scouts can earn all rewards listed on the order card.

People Skills: Girls find their voice and up their confidence through customer interactions that build relationships.

• Juliette proceeds are handled differently during the Cookie Program; because from a legal standpoint, the IRS views an individual Girl Scout as a commissioned salesperson if she receives proceeds on a per box basis. Please see below for Juliette proceeds break down.

How is money from product sales handled?

• When collecting money from customers for individual sales, make sure to count the money and only take checks from people you know and trust. Encourage customers to pay online via digital girl delivered.

• Turn in money to Girl Scouts of Central Indiana promptly and frequently. Don’t hold on to the money; it can get misplaced or mixed with your own funds. Make sure to get a receipt for money you turn into the bank or council for your Girl Scout individual orders.

• Digital Cookie has point of sale options for accepting credit card payments from customers.

• Families are responsible for any lost or stolen funds, counterfeit money, or bounced checks. Girl Scouts of Central Indiana does not take responsibility for counterfeit bills or bounced checks.

If you have any questions or need assistance, reach out to Chandra Droke at 317.924.6827 or email cdroke@girlscoutsindiana.org. When you send an email, please put “Juliette Troop Assistance” in the subject line. It is also very helpful if you can include your Juliette troop number, your name, and your Girl Scout’s name in the body of the email or on a voicemail so that Chandra is better able to assist you. We look forward to working with you to ensure your Girl Scouts reach their goals and have a great cookie program!
