Murder in the classroom: Suspects:
Suspect 1: ● Name: His name is Simon Donnelly; he is an ex-student. ● Memories of Miss McGowan: She was a very tough teacher, she made him do extra writing assignments and she said he had talent but he hated all the extra work. But now, he´s grateful, he is a writer, he has just written a new book and he dedicated it to Miss. McGowan. ● Last time he saw Miss. McGowan: He saw Miss McGowan at about 7 pm, he gave her a copy of his new book and she was pleased. ● When he heard the scream: he was talking to Louise King, another ex-student.
Suspect 2: ● Name:. Her name is Louise King; She is an ex-student. ● Memories of Miss McGowan: She thought she was an old hag, she hated her class, she gave too much homework, she made her hate school so she stopped going. She didn't do her exams and now she works in a chicken factory. She thinks it's all Miss McGowan's fault. She is glad she's dead! ● Last time she saw Miss McGowan: She went outside for a cigarette at about 8 pm, she saw her with Mr. Green, it looked like they were arguing and it seemed serious. Anyway, they were talking about someone called Paul or Raul or something…….She couldn't hear very well. ● When she heard the scream: she was glad for the distraction; she were trying to escape from boring Simon Donnelly.
Suspect 3: ● Name:. Her name is Patricia Woods, she a teacher at the school. ● Opinion of Miss McGowan: She was a good teacher but she didn't have very many friends. ● Last time you saw Miss McGowan: She was walking to her classroom, it was about 8:15 pm and she looked upset. Patricia thinks she was crying; she was wiping her eyes with a handkerchief. ● When she heard the scream: She was serving drinks with some of the other teachers in the Sports Hall.
Suspect 4: ● Name: His name is Saul Sheen; he is a teacher at the school. ● Opinion of Miss McGowan: She was a very serious woman, she wasn't easy to like. ● Last time you saw Miss McGowan: Nobody at school knows this but Miss McGowan was his mother, she gave him up for adoption when he was a baby. He was having an argument because she wouldn't tell you who his father was. It was about 7:30 pm. ● When he heard the scream: He was looking for Mr. Green, the headmaster, he knocked on his office door but there was no answer.
Suspect 5: ● Name: Her name is Lily Simmons; she is an ex-student. ● Memories of Miss McGowan: She was a very scary teacher, most of the students worked hard because they were afraid of her. Lily did very well in English and, because of Miss McGowan, she is training to be a teacher. ● Last time you saw Miss McGowan: She spoke to her briefly at about 7:45, she was telling her about her studies, she didn't seem interested, she kept looking around, then she saw Mr. Green and said she had to go. She thought she was a bit rude. ● When she heard the scream: She was dancing in the Sports Hall with some of the other ex-students.
Suspect 6: ● Name: His name is Edward Green, he is the headmaster at the school. ● Opinion of Miss McGowan: He has known Miss McGowan since they were both students in college. He thought she was a wonderful woman, he will miss her very much. ● Last time he saw Miss McGowan: He was very busy that evening, he didn't see Miss McGowan. ● When he heard the scream: He was in your office working on the computer.
Suspect 7: ● Name:. His name is Ivan Williams; he is the caretaker at the school. ● Opinion of Miss McGowan: He thought that she was a very classy lady; it surprised him that she wasn't married. He wanted to invite her to dinner but he was afraid she would say no. ● Last time he saw Miss McGowan: He saw her arguing with Mr. Sheen. He never liked him; he was always upsetting poor Miss McGowan. Ivan went to see if she was okay, he loaned her his handkerchief, he always carry one because he has allergies. ● When he heard the scream: He was cleaning the floor in the men's toilets.
