Versatile threaded detect pins can be fit with a wide selection of knob handles for various applications. These solid quickrelease pins have a ground shank and a threaded end. Shank diameters are available from 3/16” to 1/2”, along with metric sizes, and grip lengths from 1/2” to 4”. Pins come with built-in locking balls, which are held in place by spring force push to insert, pull to remove. The Twist Socket grips positively into the surface of a damaged bolt head or nut to allow it to be removed by using an ingenious counterclockwise spiral grip surface integrated into the socket. The mouth of the socket has six or 12 fluted scallops which cradle the damaged hex head, with the spiral grip surface gently tapering toward the centre to pull the socket downward as turning torque is applied. A bad choice could cost you thousands! Look Familiar? When hot weather causes the electronics inside a control cabinet to fail, there is a panic to get the machinery up and running again. The operator might choose to simply open the panel door and aim a fan at the circuit boards. In reality, the fan ends up blowing a lot of hot, humid, dirty air at the electronics and the cooling effect is minimal. If the machinery starts functioning again, the likelihood of repeated failure is great since the environment is still hot (and threatens permanent damage to the circuit boards). Worse yet, that open panel door is an OSHA violation that presents a shock hazard to personnel.

Abanaki oil skimmers are designed to remove hydrocarbons from groundwater.
