Our Organisation Structure

Councils are made up of elected members (our Mayor and Councillors) and administration (our CEO, Executive and employees). Our responsibility to our community is outlined in Section 12 and Section 13 of the Local Government Act 2009. Our Mayor and Councillors are responsible for representing the current and future interests of our region’s residents and our CEO, Executive and employees are responsible for delivering services to our community.
