Chamber Member Arcoframe are the leading profile bending company in the UK, located in Sutton Fold Industrial Park, they have been manufacturing top-quality double glazed UPVC windows for clients in the local area and beyond for 20 years.

Suzanne Hill, Accounts Manager at Arcoframe, explained: “Arcoframe is a family business was set up with just 4 members of staff and has now grown to a highly skilled team of 35. “We offer a bespoke service and are passionate about our customers, having seen an upturn in home building in the construction industry and home improvement sector Arcoframe has purchased the unit next door and doubled our factory size and output which compliments their expanding customer base.”

On the back of their success, Arcoframe have decided to give back to their employees, recognising their input and commitment to the business by supporting them through the cost of living crisis.

Welcome Val Featherstone

Due to growth and expansion, Arcoframe employed Val in November 2022.

We are delighted to welcome Val to our ever expanding team here at Arcoframe

Val worked her way up from office trainee to Customer Care Manager and as such, she has a wealth of experience in profile bending and product knowledge.

Here at Arcoframe, Val will be dealing with all your quotations and product queries.

Suzanne continued: “We’re really pleased that the business is growing, and we recognise that our skilled team play a massive part in this – that’s why as well as giving the staff a 10% pay rise over the past twelve months.

“The directors have also agreed to pay the staff a £160 cost of living bonus per month, to help them through the winter months.” Arcoframe are conscious of their carbon footprint and are currently in talks with solar power companies with a view to covering the whole factory roof with solar panels, giving them the capacity to generate their own power.

Suzanne explained: “We have increased our fleet of vehicles and are in the process of purchasing an electric van, with a vision to increase to 50% electric in the next 2-3 years.

“Arcoframe are very much committed to developing our Net Zero capabilities for the future and have signed up to the “Starting your journey to Net Zero” virtual course through St Helens Chamber, helping to lead the way as a Together To Zero ambassador by becoming greener as part of Liverpool City Region’s commitment to become Net Zero carbon by 2040.”
