Following on from last month’s successful issue, we have the privilege of
continuing our work with a number of charities throughout South Africa
who believe in making a change. We work closely with CHOC, Childhood
Cancer Foundation South Africa which is the only organisation in South
Africa that provides comprehensive countrywide support for children with
cancer and life-threatening blood disorders, and their families. They have a
national office, six regional offices, one branch, and twelve accommodation
facilities close to treatment centres across South Africa. CHOC relies on
corporate sponsors and donations from groups or individuals wanting to
make a difference in the lives of children with cancer.
