Established more than 20 years ago, Naidu Consulting is a vibrant, growing, 100% black-owned BBBEE Level 1 company, with branches in KwaZulu-Natal, Gauteng and the Eastern Cape, and works in all provinces within the country. With more than 170 staff, the company is ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 18001 accredited. Major clients include the KZN Department of Transport, the National Department of Public Works, SANRAL, three metro municipalities, local municipalities and parastatals. Naidu Consulting’s emphasis on value engineering ensures that innovation is continually introduced to improve efficiency and enhance productivity and service quality through all its projects.

Naidu Consulting has a strong leadership team that is continually nurtured to manage the growing team without diluting the core values of the organisation. The managing director reports to a board of directors and is supported by a team of professionally registered executives, while a clear organisational structure allows for the disaggregation of responsibilities to maintain consistent operations. Naidu Consulting became the first company in South Africa to win both the Community-Based Projects and Technical Excellence awards for the same project at the SAICE Branch Awards in 2019.
