3. UTILIZE MENTORING PROGRAM (5‐7 MINS) a. Assign Seasoned Brother with New Brother b. Program needs to not only teach proficiency but also identify what motivates our new brother. Mentor communicate that information, Lodge leadership act on information.
4. COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR MEMBERS (5‐7 MINS) a. Make sure every member has e‐mail on file in MORI. b. Utilize MORI or Group E‐mail to keep members informed weekly. c. Make it easy to pay dues to keep brothers from going NPD, e.g., debit card payments, quarterly payments, and online payments.
MATERIALS & RESOURCES Develop 3‐4 slides per topic, more pictures than words on each talking points Develop hand out that directs everyone to existing Grand Lodge programs that already exist to help implement.
