New York’s John F. Kennedy International Airport lies only 15–20 minutes from Midtown Manhattan. Grab a taxi, rideshare, the AirTrain JFK or the subway into the city. LaGuardia Airport offers another option, located about eight miles from Midtown in Queens. Taxis are the most convenient — though not the most affordable — option for getting around the city. Metropolitan Transportation Authority buses and subways offer an inexpensive way to get around; purchase MetroCards for MTA systems.
