Mark Your Calendar. Plan to Attend. The Mitchell County Board of Supervisors has invited citizens to attend a community forum at the Our Savior’s Lutheran Church Fellowship Hall, 833 Ash Street, Osage, on Thursday, February 16, at 6:30 pm, to discuss the future of our historic courthouse. As Friends of the Courthouse, we want you to know how tax credits can help meet up to 25% of rehabilitation costs. We hope to see you there. As Friends of the Courthouse, we value the Mitchell County Courthouse, a building that has served Mitchell County citizens for more than 150 years and is a symbol of our entire county. We request that the Board of Supervisors invest in rehabilitating this building, making sure that the Courthouse has a long and useful future.
