Design Theory
The geometry of the house, comes from the inside to the outside. The interior creates the exterior. Everyting comes from the basic interior measurements, following the NKBA guidelines. And the exterior envelope comes from an hipotetical location in Canada, creating curtain walls oriented from East to West to catch the sunlight path. And making the roof slope for the snow. Space Planning Spatial relationship diagrams (e.g., bubble diagram, block diagram, adjacency diagram): The spaces are placed, based in a study of level of privacy. The tallest side of the house, will be for the social and common areas (living, kitchen, dining), and the lowest side of the house will be for the private areas (bedrooms).
