3 November 2011 RE: VOTING FOR INCORPORATING “GLORY CITY CHURCH OF MELBOURNE”
Dear Brothers and Sisters, Thank you for participating our small group, and enjoying fellowship with us. As our vision and plan is to establish a “Glory City Church of Melbourne” in the heart of the city, to serve the young community from universities and workplace in the city, it is essential that we establish a legal and formal church entity, so that our mission can be smoothly and properly deployed. We, therefore, need to register our church with the Consumers Affairs Victoria to become an incorporated entity. It is required of us to have at least 5 members and vote together to pass this issue. Thus, I would like to call for an EGM for our group, and ask that everyone attend and vote to pass this proposal of incorporation. I would like to call for the EGM to be held on 7pm, Thursday 24 November 2011, at 32 Canora Street, Blackburn South VIC. Please arrive on time, as we will only take a short time to go through the meeting and voting process, and light meal will be served.
