Versatile artists renew exclusive contracts with GMA Network RHIAN RAMOS
M
ultitalented actress Rhian Ramos remains a loyal Kapuso for 15 years. “I feel so lucky that I get to live my dream and continue to live my dream with the station that supports me and it feels so right because GMA is my home, they’re my family. I feel comfortable here. I feel well-guided and taken care of. I’ve been here for 15 years already and loyalty is a value that I really appreciate in others and I also try to emulate it myself. I feel that GMA has also been so loyal to me through the years with all the opportunities and guidance they’ve given me.” Rhian first graced the small screen in 2006 with her acting debut in Captain Barbell and established her name in the industry after her iconic role in Stairway To Heaven. At present, she plays the role of Kelly Generoso in the toprating primetime series Love of My Life. She is also excited to do more hosting projects, “I am looking forward to doing more hosting. The reason why I really want to host more moving forward is because, I’ve done many hosting shows in GMA before, but as I’m getting older and as I grow, I feel much more comfortable and confident with myself that it’s really fun to just experience something with the audience kasi that’s what hosts do.”

wardwinning actress Glaiza De Castro expressed her gratitude for the network as it continues to give her meaningful projects that inspire fans and viewers. “Being part of the shows that have brought joy, inspiration, social and cultural awareness is what makes me feel proud as a Kapuso.” Aside from being a mainstay in the weekend variety show All-Out Sundays, Glaiza is gearing up for her role in the upcoming GMA series Nagbabagang Luha, a remake of the 1998 film top-billed by Lorna Tolentino, Alice Dixson, Richard Gomez, and Gabby Concepcion. “I feel honored to be chosen to reprise the role of Ms. Lorna Tolentino because she is one of the veteran actors I really look up to. She gives every role not only justice but truth and that’s always been my objective ever since. I’m looking forward to working with my co-actors, especially Ms. Gina Alajar, who was my first mentor in acting,” says Glaiza.

ersatile actor and leading man Ken Chan expressed his gratitude to the Network for trusting in his acting competence, “Yung matawag ka pa lang na “Kapuso” ay sobrang sarap na sa pakiramdam. Hindi madali ang mga pinagdaanan ko para makapasok sa showbiz industry pero binigyan ako ng pagkakataon ng GMA para buuin ang mga pangarap ko bilang isang aktor. Proud akong sabihin na dahil sa GMA, nakagawa ako ng mga teleseryeng may mga kakaibang istorya at maraming tao ang sumaya at na-inspire. Talagang minahal nila yung mga proyektong ginawa ko.” Ken is one of the mainstays of the musicalvariety-comedy program All-Out Sundays and is set to headline the upcoming drama series Ang Dalawang Ikaw where his character will tackle Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID). His fans should also look forward to his movie with Rita Daniela titled Huling Ulan Sa Tag-araw and the fourth season of the all-original musical competition The Clash where he is one of the Journey Hosts.

The other villains include Epy Quizon who will play Zuhl, the scientist who invented the AntiSuper Electromagnetic Device which nearly destroyed Voltes V; and Carlo Gonzalez will portray Draco, the three-horned general sent to Earth with Zardoz and Zandra.
“Eyes on the prize, baby. #training,” Miguel posted on Instagram. His post came less than a week after it was revealed that he would portray Steve, while Ysabel Ortega would play Jamie Robinson in the series.
