Very Vegas Holiday
Christmas in Las Vegas is, as you would well imagine, staggeringly di erent than Christmas in any other city. Where many cities scale back, Las Vegas goes the other way in many categories; yes, many of our production shows are dark this month so that the hard-working casts and crews can spend time with their family and friends, but otherwise you’ll be pleased with how much there is to see and do this week.
Circa Las Vegas’ Stadium Swim, a year-round pool party complex, is celebrating the holidays this year in serious style with its new Winter Swim campaign (“Come On In, the Water’s Fine,” p. 12). We’re sure it will become a huge hit and perennial favorite!
If you’re here this week and want to make holiday-themed plans, we’ve laid out a huge list of options for you—holiday-themed shows, dining and attractions (“Check it Twice,” p. 34), and places where you can fi nd holiday-themed cocktails (“’Tis the Season for Sipping,” p. 24).
If you still think our city shifts into a lower gear at this time of year, guess again—we’ve got a brand-new bacon-themed restaurant, Bacon Nation, at The D (“A Slice of Heaven,” p. 21), and a new immersive attraction at Fashion Show Las Vegas, Fantasy Lab (“Wide Awake but Dreaming,” p. 17). We truly never stop growing.
Speaking of things new, one of the Strip’s hottest new shows is Bat Out of Hell—The Musical at Paris, and we’ve got an interview with Alize Cruz, whose acting abilities and strong voice help make this the entertainment powerhouse that it is (“Keeping it Local,” p. 40). In addition, Criss Angel, whose birthday is this week, will also be hard at it during the holidays (“One Big Party,” p. 32).
A happy Vegas holiday to you and yours!

Cold
You’ve traveled to Las Vegas instead of the cold mountains, but since this is Las Vegas, a city where imagination runs rampant, you can still experience a ski lodge setting thanks to year-round pool complex Stadium Swim’s Winter Swim programming.
Themed parties take place every month, with the next one on Jan. 6. Get into the decade of decadence with the ’80s Heat Hot Tub Party. Guests are encouraged to wear retro ski gear and local DJs and a silent disco will keep the fun going. During the themed events each month, guests can enjoy the Owner’s Suite which is decked out for each occasion. “Stadium Swim’s Owner’s Suite has been transformed into a captivating, retro après ski lodge with its mesmerizing LED entrance that leads to a cozy faux fireplace, a ‘ski lift’ and a luxe neon bar,” says Michelle Laquindanum with Circa Hospitality Group. “The space will offer complimentary alcoholic beverages as guests take in the immersive experience.”
If you can’t make one of the themed parties, no worries, Winter Swim spreads the wintry cheer all season long with fun photo opportunities, and—the best part—six pools with 90-degree waters. Then there’s the venue itself: If you haven’t seen Stadium Swim it’s certainly a sight to behold. The multilevel complex has a capacity of
4,000 guests, outdoor table games like blackjack, and the pièce de résistance, a 40-foot-tall, high-def screen that displays all the latest sporting events. New for the season are three specialty cocktails made exclusively for Winter Swim. With seasonal flavors try the pumpkin spiced mule with vanilla whiskey, lemon, ginger and pumpkin spice or the Baileys White Russian with vodka, coffee liqueur, Irish cream and milk. Or keep it classic with a spiked hot chocolate or spiked coffee made with your choice of original- or s’mores-flavored Irish cream. For group fun, try the “penalty shots” where everyone takes a shot simultaneously from a hockey stick.
For those looking for the VIP experience, think about purchasing one of the 30 roomy cabanas that offers sanctuary from the cold when you’re not chilling in the warm waters. All cabanas come heated and with fluffy, plush robes to wear.
“As natural hot springs and ski lodges aren’t prominent in Las Vegas, Winter Swim brings this experience directly to those looking for something unique this winter,” Laquindanum says. “Winter Swim provides guests with everything they need to stay warm and cozy all season.” –Kiko Miyasato

Mexican restaurant updates its menu for the fall season
One of downtown Las Vegas’ hottest spots for great Mexican food and an ultra-cool vibe, Peyote has just unveiled a new menu for the fall season, one that’s sure to put you in a good mood.
Executive chefs Daniel Arias and Isidro Marquez-Castillo’s new food items are matched by lead mixologist Kaitlyn Yarger’s cocktail creations. You simply can’t have one without the other. You’ve gotta start this experience with the Drunkin’ Pumpkin libation, featuring Corrido reposado, pumpkin purée, lime juice and orange bitters. It’s like Christmas in a glass! Then make your way to great choices like the Cumbia Del Epazote G+T, made with Spring44 gin, epazote simple syrup, lime juice, Top Note tonic, coriander, black peppercorn and rosemary; the Grow A Pear, a wonderful mixture of Old Forester bourbon, St. George spiced pear liqueur, pear demi, tobacco bitters and star anise; and Girls Just Wanna Have Rum, made with chai-infused Black Barrel Ron Cartavio rum, spiced plant-based butter and hot water.
Now that your palate has been nice and prepped, time for some savory bites! Start with the leche de tigre ceviche, featuring the chef’s choice of fish, manzano chili and aji
Amarillo sauce, lime juice, habanero, cucumbers, red onions, cilantro and watermelon radish salsa bendita. Soooo good! We also highly recommend kampachi tiradito, a delicious concoction made with sashimi kampachi, epazote agua chili, avocado, red onions, cilantro, fried epazote and morita chili sauce.
From there, move to more ambitious fare like short rib barbacoa, prepared with bone-in short rib stewed in dried chilis, achiote and red wine and topped with pickled onions, cilantro and roasted vegetables. Then you’re ready to tackle the real centerpiece—mojo de ajo pork tenderloin , made with grilled pork tenderloin marinated in citrus garlic and served with a chorizo bean stew and crispy potatoes.
Vegetarians have plenty to enjoy at Peyote as well, from the fall beet salad, spicy arugula sprinkled with roasted beets, saffron cotija crema, beet gel, heirloom tomatoes, strawberries, radishes, guajillo dressing, to the fairytale pumpkin adobo, which features roasted pumpkin in adobo on a bed of citrus and dried fruit quinoa salad and tomato sofrito sauce. –Ken Miller

A Golden and Delicious Show
Cirque Du Soleil’s latest show Mad Apple is just like the city it represents, New York City, the Big Apple: Lots of sass and sometimes crass with moments of beauty and dazzling spectacle!
Guests are treated to a visual feast, what Cirque is so well-known for, and combines that with the artistic pillars of NYC.
Hip-hop and sports, always a huge part of the city and here you’ll get both by way of some stunning gymnastics and acrobatic basketball antics, while old-school hip-hop music and breakdancing round out the vignette.
Another big cultural movement born from the city streets and gay community is voguing, and here you’ll see the fabulous moves down the runway before checking out an enchanting woman twist and seduce with dance as she hangs from a rope by her ponytail! Also getting some airtime are a couple who intertwine while performing awesome aerial moves that’ll make you gasp.
The musical personality of New York continues through several other vignettes, one where two talented men use one another’s bodies to flip (never flop!) and twist high into the air while a trio of musicians serenade with trumpets and drums. A group of singers
City
takes the audience through truly beautiful renditions of some of New York’s favorite odes like “Living for the City,” “On Broadway” and “Empire State of Mind.” And for you YouTube lovin’ folks, America’s Got Talent act and YouTube stars, The Brown Brothers take a journey through music’s biggest hits while using their voices to impersonate a whole slew of stars like Frank Sinatra, Bruno Mars, Elvis, Mickey Mouse, The Beatles, Queen, Goofy, Chris Martin, Backstreet Boys, SpongeBob SquarePants and The Bee Gees.
While many comedians got their start on the club stages of New York City, of course comedy makes it into the show and comedian Harrison Greenbaum unabashedly works the crowd with his off-the-wall, envelope-pushing stand-up while throwing in some pretty amazing magical talents.
Just like the city, Mad Apple just doesn’t sleep. It continuously hits the audience with visual and auditory delights, all aided by a very talented cast and live band, and enough New York City personality to make it one juicy and delicious show. –Kiko Miyasato

Eggs-actly What You Need
Trendy spot goes above and beyond with breakfast items
No matter the time of day, a lot of us would be satisfied with anything on a breakfast menu. At Sun’s Out Buns Out, you’ll find it easy to ease that craving whether it’s morning or night.
The Resorts World Las Vegas eatery is open daily and serves up a variety of breakfast sandwiches, plus a few extras that will entice the foodies out there. The décor here is incredibly fun, where enormous representations of shells and soft-cooked eggs act as the table and chairs.
You’ll find plenty of variations of breakfast sandwiches here, all created with cage-free eggs, and served on brioche. There are six versions of the basic sandwich, including the typical bacon, egg and cheese, which gets extra oomph with applewood smoked bacon, cheddar, over-medium egg, and chipotle ketchup. If you want something extra on that brioche, opt for the short rib and egg version, which includes slow-roasted beef short rib, spicy mayo, a potato latke, and caramelized onion. Other options include the cheeseburger, with a beef patty and bread and butter pickles; the fried chicken and egg, with a thigh and honey-mustard aioli; and the soft scramble, where the chives and caramelized onion complement the eggs.
If you want a little something different, try short-rib poutine, where short ribs, egg, cheese curds and fries are covered with a short rib jus. The Bottoms Up piles a coddled egg, cheesy grits, microgreens, and truffle onto a crispy baguette while avocado toast serves up egg, and smooshed avocado on toasted sourdough. –Nina King

A Slice of Heaven
We love a good bacon debate! Some like it chewy; others like it burned to a crisp; others prefer bacon bits on their salad. There are few food items more universally loved than bacon, and you can look forward to having it exactly as you want at the recently opened Bacon Nation downtown!
The menu by chef Josh Green has prepared items you couldn’t possibly be prepared for. For instance, how does a bacon flight, with your choice of 13 unique flavors (like tajin and everything bagel) sound? Or how about a reverse BLT, where
the bread in the sandwich is—you guessed it—bacon? And Green is only getting started.
And lest you think bacon is only for breakfast, Bacon Nation is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. For breakfast, enjoy bacon flavor in the Famous French Toast Boxes, served in a box made entirely of French toast. For lunch, the D Burger satisfies, topped with cheddar cheese and bacon-wrapped jalapenos. For dinner, don’t miss the meat options like bone-in pork chops, country-fried pork tenderloin and chicken Parm.
What would a bacon-themed restaurant be without bacon-themed desserts? Good luck choosing between the maple-bacon cheesecake, apple-bacon coffee cake or the bacon s’mores skillet, served with marshmallow fluff and candied bacon. If you want to go more adult, pretend you’re The King by pairing an Elvis milkshake (with Screwball peanut butter whiskey) with a deepfried banana, peanut butter and bacon sandwich. –Ken Miller

Paul Saginaw
“Most of my friends are retiring and here I am opening new operations, but I feel great,” says Paul Saginaw, owner of Saginaw’s Delicatessen at Circa Resort & Casino. “Here, I’m back where I started—I’m back with the staff, with the food, with the customers and that’s what I first fell in love with. I feel like this is great; I can just keep going.”
Back in 1982, Saginaw and a friend opened a delicatessen called Zingerman’s in Ann Arbor, Mich. “All we wanted was to make a great corned beef sandwich and have an organiza-
tion with soul,” he says. Fast forward to today and Saginaw now operates 11 businesses in Ann Arbor.
About six years ago, “I got the email equivalent of a cold call from Derek Stevens, owner of The D,” Saginaw says. He ended up opening a coffee stand at The D, which serves Zingerman’s coffee, one of his brands. And when Stevens had plans to open Circa, Saginaw was tapped once again to open a deli inside the new property—and Saginaw’s Delicatessen was born. Saginaw is also owner of Circa’s modern coffee

stand, Jack Pots, where they also serve Zingerman’s coffee.
“I felt like I won the lottery,” Saginaw says. “I always wanted to have a business in Las Vegas. When I first realized that food and hospitality was going to be a career, my dream job was to be a food and beverage manager in a casino and live in a penthouse on the top floor of the hotel. I almost made it—I have a delicatessen and a coffee shop on the second floor of a casino, and I live three blocks away on the eighth floor of a condo building.” –

Collaboration makes Zuma Las Vegas a decadent December delight
You may have dined at a Zuma before (there are outposts all over the globe), but this December, Zuma Las Vegas in the Cosmopolitan is offering a magnificent addition to an already incredible menu,
perfect to treat a treasured friend with: Wagyu aburi with Hokkaido uni and kizami wasabi, and chutoro tartare with Oscietra caviar and crispy rice—and a glass of Krug 169th Grand Cuvée. It’s a
balanced experience with every flavor working in unison to guarantee delight. It doesn’t hurt that gold leaf crowns the tartare. And through the end of December, you’ll find rare white truffle
sprinkled throughout the menu at all the Zumas globally, including on the Las Vegas dish above (by request), making it super special, as white truffles are more difficult to obtain recently.
And although you could choose to end your Zuma trip there, with the variety on the menu of the bustling izakaya-style restaurant, adding a few more dishes, or even a luxurious tasting menu, is in order.
The champagne may see you through but if not, try a cocktail like the lychee
and rose petal martini, a sweet sip Grey Goose vodka and Roku gin with strong lychee flavor.
Ishi ebi no tempura piri kara tofu, tempura rock shrimp, is a light bite that gains a lot of kick when dipped into chili tofu sauce. The sliced yellowtail sashimi is served with green chili relish, ponzu and pickled garlic for a fragrant, tasty mouthful with
a nice garlic flavor. Soft shell crab, just slightly crunchy with a soft interior, is delivered with a strong, spicy wasabi mayo. There are plenty of options for nigiri, sashimi and rolls on the menu, and the spicy yellowtail roll includes serrano pepper, wasabi mayo and avocado in a classic bite. For a vegan option, order the Zuma Kappa Roll with ginger, cucumber and avocado.
A signature dish, the gyuhire sumibiyaki karami zuke is spicy beef tenderloin with sesame, red chili and a sweet soy, which adds a subtle sweet flavor to the meat, which despite its name is not overwhelmingly spicy. And there are plenty of other beef dishes to choose from.
Another signature you’ll want to consider is gin-dara no saikyo yaki, a tender piece of black cod, marinated in saikyo miso, and wrapped in hoba leaf. It’s a very pretty presentation. Side dishes like asparagus with wafu sauce and sesame, plus spinach in sesame dressing make for a nice detour from the richer dishes.
If you are looking for dessert, wait until you try the chocolate cake with a liquid chocolate center; or indulge in chawan mushi, egg custard with a tropical vibe.
Many shows on the Las Vegas Strip go “dark” for the holidays, so finding entertainment during this time of year can be challenging. Criss Angel, however, is barely taking a break, performing almost every day the rest of the year at his popular production, Criss Angel MINDFREAK. In a way, it makes sense:
Angel’s birthday is Dec. 19, and he loves to celebrate his birthdays in style. What better way to do that than in front of thousands of his fans?
Angel certainly loves performing at Planet Hollywood—it’s where he shot season 1 and 2 of his A&E show Mindfreak (which catapulted him to super-
702.777.2782
stardom). Over the course of his Las Vegas career, Angel has stretched himself creatively, first in the Cirque du Soleil show Believe at Luxor. He later launched CRISS ANGEL MAGICjam and the larger-than-life Mindfreak Live! at the same property, eventually moving the latter to its current home with a slight title tweak. Earlier this year, he launched AMYSTIKA with the late Franco Dragone. Through all his projects, Angel has shown a desire to connect with his audiences. And his audiences have responded; it’s not unusual to meet people at his show who have attended many times. (This includes celebrities like Gary Oldman, whom I’ve seen at his show at least twice. He’s almost always the first to give it a standing ovation.)
It’s hard to describe Angel’s show to those who have not yet seen it. It’s a rock concert (delivered through more than 150 speakers); it’s a spectacle (courtesy of approximately 2,000 lights and 90 surface areas handling half a billion pixels of video); it’s intimate; it’s frightening; it’s touching; and, at times, it’s transformative. It’s truly a reflection of the man who created it, and one of the most unique shows you’ll see on the Strip.
“The show is incredibly complex,” Angel told Las Vegas Magazine in an interview about the show. “Technologically, it’s the most sophisticated show even the entertainment capital of Las Vegas has ever seen. In order to do it, ob-
The theater itself had to be completely redone, engineering-wise.”
Angel is fronted by a live band that makes you want to bang your head as you scratch it, wondering how he’s pulling off some of his signature illusions like levitation inside an enclosed space. There’s also a music and video collaboration with Korn singer Jonathan Davis, and a painted portrait of Angel in the lobby courtesy of Kiss’ Paul Stanley.
Explosive moments (especially the sawing in half of an assistant) are offset by quiet ones, most notably when Angel talks about his philanthropic efforts. And that message will ring especially loudly during the holidays. Don’t be surprised to find yourself exiting the theater and wanting to volunteer at the nearest food bank. Now that’s some magic. And we can’t believe Angel could imagine a better birthday present.
Time to make a list of the holiday fun that awaits in Las Vegas
By Matt KelemenThe time has come, the editor said, to talk of many things: of tasty bites and glorious sights, of Christmas scenes and Tournament of Kings. With that, the annual Las Vegas Magazine survey of things to see, do and taste on the Strip during the most wonderful time of year was off and running.
Enchant on the Strip courtesy photoThe Tournament of Kings Arena at Excalibur has transformed into a wintry landscape during the holidays for its annual ’Twas the Knight dinner show. Merlin, King Arthur and company don gay apparel as they aim to recover the Christmas spirit from the evil Mordred, who has cast a spell upon the realm. Maidens dancing in snow are added to the spectacle of clashing swords and galloping horses through Dec. 25, where seasonal Cornish hen is the main course of the positively medieval menu.
Make it a traditional Christmas Eve with reservations at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas, where Matteo’s Ristorante Italiano will prepare Mediterranean turbot, ravioli and panettone and Milanese sweetbread. Mott 32 serves up Hong Kong crispy fried squab, stir-fried sea cucumber and geoduck. Brera Osteria’s specials include prime rib, pan-seared half chicken and oven-poached Chilean seabass, while Cake Boss Buddy Valastro offers a prix fixe menu at Buddy V’s Ristorante that includes lobster soup,
grilled double-cut lamb chops with wild mushroom risotto and asparagus, and chocolate bread pudding.
Thomas Keller’s Bouchon Bistro has a five-item seafood platter on its holiday menu that provides ideal pairing with champagne, and a prix fixe menu on Christmas Day. Also featured on Dec. 25 is an à la carte menu at Yardbird with roasted butternut squash salad, corn and crab dip, shrimp and cod stew, and prime rib; while chef Lorena Garcia spices up her menu at Chica with wagyu oxtail tamale, lob-
ster coxinha with Peruvian red pepper and egg nog tiramisu.
On the south end of the Strip, Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas takes a comfort-and-joy approach to the season with custom cocktails, small bites and marshmallow roasting at Press Lounge. Prix fixe feasts will be available at the Veranda Dec. 24-25, and Santa himself will be on hand at Four Seasons on Christmas Day beginning at 10 a.m., while the resort’s five-star spa offers adults holiday cheer in the forms of treatments and mani-pedis.

Animation blends with actual dancers depicting Maria, the Nutcracker and the Mouse King.
A different kind of dreamscape can be seen at AREA15, where The Nightmare Before Christmas is projected floor to ceiling inside The Portal through Dec. 29. Tim Burton’s modern-day classic kicked off the holiday film series at The Cosmopolitan in November on the same day a
frozen Boulevard Pool was open for ice skating. The 4,200-square-foot rink is the main feature of the yuletide rooftop scene overlooking the Strip, which includes fire pits perfect for heating s’mores at holiday village The Chalet.
Films are shown on Cosmopolitan’s 65-foot marquee through Jan. 2 on Mondays, Tuesdays, Christmas
Eve and Christmas Day, while snow showers occur nightly between 7 p.m. and midnight. Overlook Chill (aka Overlook Grill) provides moviegoers with comfort food classics designed to hit the holiday spot, including chicken pot pie biscuits and beef brisket chili, roast turkey French dip with cranberry sauce and gingerbread man cookies.
Santa gets around, so he’ll be at Resorts World Las Vegas for Enchant on the Strip, which opened Nov. 18 with a lighting ceremony for the 100-foot-tall tree in front of the resort. Enchant is a 217,000-square-foot immersive environment with a walk-through light maze, a 17,000-square-foot ice skating rink, live entertainment, mischievous elves and a holiday marketplace
manned by local artisans. A second Enchant in Summerlin at Las Vegas Ballpark opened the following week, giving locals in the western Vegas Valley a chance to experience Enchant’s Hallmark Channel Holiday House without having to drive far.

Great Hall plays host to Instagrammable installation Holiday Wish, where visitors write or choose a wish and insert it into a machine that sends it through transparent tubes. Santa Claus himself appears to hear whispered wishes on select dates through Christmas Eve, with Thursday dedicated to ugly sweater appreciation. Visitors staying in the eastern Vegas Valley likely already know about Mystic Falls Park at Sam’s Town on Boulder Highway. A winter fantasy display and nine-minute laser light shows are the hallmarks of Mystic Falls, which will be accessible through New Year’s Day. Sam’s indoor atrium is populated by animated teddy bears handmade in Italy, with an 18-foot tree serving as the display’s centerpiece. The halls are decked with thousands of lights, snow, icicles, animatronic characters and oversized candy canes.
Laser light shows run every hour and are accompanied by a singalong soundtrack featuring carols such as “It’s the Most Wonderful Time of the Year,” “Let It Snow” and “Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer.”

Fator is always creating new characters, some of whom are based on pop culture figures, so there’s no telling who may show up to help celebrate the season in song.
Las Vegas native Alize Cruz dazzles in ‘Bat Out of Hell–The
Musical’
Paris | batoutofhellvegas.com
BAT OUT OF HELL–THE MUSICAL hit the Strip earlier this year, bringing the songs of Meat Loaf and Jim Steinman plus a Shakespearean love story to the Paris Theater six nights a week. Las Vegas native Alize Cruz shines bright as leading lady Raven, who navigates conflict between her love interest and her family ties.
UNLIKE OTHER MUSICALS, THIS PRODUCTION FEATURES THE ICONIC MUSIC OF MEAT LOAF AND JIM STEINMAN (ALONG WITH A FEW OTHER HITS). IS THERE ADDED PRESSURE WHEN PERFORMING THIS MUSIC?
There is a lot of pressure because these are songs that everybody knows. If you mess up those words, they’re going to know. … There’s added pressure especially when I sing “It’s All Coming Back to Me Now” because people sing along with me, and I can hear it (onstage). But it’s a lot more fun. You have that sing-along aspect where people feel like they can join us and have a good time with (the cast).
WERE YOU A FAN OF MEAT LOAF AND STEINMAN BEFORE JOINING THE SHOW?
This is all new music I’ve had to learn. I didn’t grow up listening to this style of music at all. I was raised on R&B and soul music as opposed to rock, so it’s been very new for me. But the journey of having to learn the history of it all has been the most fun for me.
WHAT’S IT LIKE WORKING WITH LAS VEGAS SHOWBIZ LEGENDS TRAVIS CLOER AND
ANNE MARTINEZ WHO PLAY YOUR PARENTS IN THE SHOW?
They have become like my parents in real life, and it’s been quite incredible. They have helped me so much with my stage fright and confidence. Especially with “It’s All Coming Back to Me Now,” Anne has been the best at helping me channel my inner diva. … (She and Cloer have) become really close friends to me and amazing mentors in the performance industry.
AS A LAS VEGAS NATIVE, DID YOU EVER ENVISION YOURSELF AS BEING PART OF A STRIP PRODUCTION?
Absolutely not, actually. Las Vegas is not really musical-based. There’s entertainment here but there aren’t a lot of musicals to do, so I thought I was going to end up in New York. … Musical theater is especially my thing, so being in a rock show is way different and very unexpected for me. But it has been a fun journey. ...
THE STRIP PRODUCTION IS A SHORTENED 85-MINUTE VERSION OF A LONGER MUSICAL.
WHAT KINDS OF CUTS HAD TO BE MADE?
We did cut a lot of story line, so I know for some people it’s a little hard to grasp everything that’s going on. There’s even a little Peter Pan reference that a lot of people don’t really catch. Little things like that are hard to pick up on … We also cut quite a few songs, “Objects in the Rear View Mirror May Appear Closer Than They Are” being one of the more popular ones that people (wish we hadn’t cut) … We tried to make it fit, but after a lot of trial and error we still couldn’t do it.

coating. As your company enters through a code-operated wroughtiron main gate, they’re ushered into a courtyard with access to both the garage and main entrance.
And what an entrance! The grand foyer is striking, and leads to a custom-built wet bar, illuminated by LED lighting and featuring floating shelves, a deep-blue stone wall backsplash and built-in wine refrigerator. This home was designed for get-togethers! From there, you’ll find a formal dining room and living room area, highlighted by oversized
glass windows and a floor-to-ceiling marble stone accent wall.
Just beyond the dining room is the home’s gorgeous centerpiece: a spacious gourmet kitchen with ceiling-height, glossed Euro-style cabinetry, granite countertops, centerpiece island, walk-in pantry and integrated Sub-Zero refrigerator. You’ll be spending a lot of your time here.
One of the rooms is on the first floor; the others are on the second, one of which offers a private front-facing balcony, another fea-
turing sliding glass doors that open to a covered outdoor terrace. It’s also got a spa-like bathroom with dual sinks, oversized walk-in closet and custom mosaic tiled shower.
Equally stunning is the backyard, which features a pool and infinity spa, fully equipped outdoor kitchen, impeccable landscaping, covered lounge area, elongated outdoor fire pit and dog run. –Ken Miller
