Grilled lean chicken, fish, beef or legumes plus brown rice, quinoa or sweet potato served with green vegetables or salad Take 1 Ultra Mega Gold

4:00 pm - Meal 4

Yoghurt, nuts, seeds and fruit or 1 serve of Lo-carb Delite Take Carnithin 20-30 minutes before your workout if training

7:00 pm - Meal 5

Grilled lean chicken, fish or beef served with steamed or sautĂŠed green vegetables or salad

9:00 pm - Meal 6
