PROJECT SUMMERHILL FULL HOME RENOVATION Total demolution and rebuild. Spacial planning of this split level home, material and furniture selection of all principal rooms and selected interior finishes and styling. The result was a beautiful multi storey family home, with a grand open concept first floor great room, and a hotel inspired master suite. The exterior and new facade blends into the street with many 100 year old homes, but when you walk into this home you will find the interior to be a surprise with high ceilings, using bright, rich colours and textures from top to bottom.

SUITE 306 PRE-CONSTRUCTION CUSTOM Client purchased a pre-construction condo, allowing opportunity for total customization, there were however still restrictions of designing within a concrete structure. The layout was completely revised, moving the kitchen, optimizing the living, kitchen and dining room, adding windows, gas to the kitchen, larger more functional master suite. Custom kitchen design, two-toned cabinets, and a slab backsplash. This is no longer a builder-basic unit.

PROJECT INGLEWOOD MAIN FLOOR RENO Everything on this ground floor changed. Kitchen moved to the front, allowing for a bigger and better flow into the living room, adding a gas fireplace, instead of walking into a coffee table upon entrance. A powder room was added behind the buffet and tucked away under the stairs. Oversized windows added on all three sides of the house to maximize light into the first floor. before

THE BEACH GROUND + SECOND FLOOR RENO Total transformation, we have a new concept plan for the main floor and second floor of this end row house. The kitchen will have a new peninsula bar, removing the wall and bringing openess from the front to the back of the house. The second floor will get a master suite transformation, and new second main bathroom. new plan

LESLIEVILLE MAIN FLOOR RENOVATION Sometimes big changes happen through small adjustments. This bungalow had a terrible flow of space and function. The kitchen was oversized for the size of house, the original staircase location ruined the living room furniture layout but the space had good bones with peaked ceiling and skylights bringing in amazing amounts of natural light.
