Labour Pain Massage Blend Recipe

1. Combine all essential oils of Lavender, Chamomile Roman 3%, Clary Sage, Rose 3% and Marjoram, with a carrier oil such as Sweet Almond in a small bowl. 2. Between contractions, firmly massage into the lower abdomen and to the whole lower back. Avoid the genital area and any sensitive skin. 3. Store any remaining oil in a dark glass bottle and seal. Keeps up to 3 months.
