Mission Statement
The Middle Tennessee athletic program is committed to quality athletics that bring the campus together and promote a sense of pride and tradition in academic and athletic excellence. These programs also bring the University regional and national recognition and provide a link between the University, its alumni, and the community at large. They give students, faculty, and alumni opportunities for innovative public service activities that better the community. Athletics uses financial and physical resources to maintain and develop sports programs to accomplish the mission of the University.
