CHAMBER MATTERS

Independence Bank to sponsor Rooster Booster on December 5 Since Independence Bank first began its journey, their top priority has been to elevate the quality of life for customers, communities and employees. That way of thinking has provided the Bank with the oppor tunity to take their revolution to the next level. Introducing Project Innovation; a bank-wide initiative to give customers access to new technology that will make navigating their finances and transacting faster and more convenient than ever. With advanced products like Interactive Teller Machines, mobile wallet, person to person payments (P2P) and personal finance manager, customers will have access to revolutionary banking services wherever they go. Businesses can be empowered to do what they love with features like payment processing, lockbox services, Quicken® and Quickbooks® DirectConnect and payroll solutions. They will also have access to the progres-

sive technology offered by national banks, but with the customer service and confidence that they are banking local. But more importantly, Project Innovation will give customers the ability to get back to what matters most in their life. And just as customers are able to focus on the big and small moments in life, Independence Bank employees can give back more of their time to enriching the communities that the Bank serves. Last year, Independence bank gave back over $1.6 million through sponsorships, volunteering and being a resource for those in need, providing food, clothing and shelter. And as the Bank continues to build on Project Innovation, looking to the future, they will continue investing in tomorrow’s leaders through their scholarship program, as well as other educational programs and events. Because when we all succeed, our communities are stronger.
