Lindemans Faro, a version of

Belgium's "wild-fermented" wheat beer, which is the result of blending Lambic of "one summer" with old Lambic and chaptalized with candy sugar. Lindemans Kriek, because of

the limited availability of the "Schaerbeekse Cherries", just as to brew a less sour and more fruity Lambic beer, Lindemans farm brewery developed an unique alternative natural method using pure cherry juice from unfrozen cherries. This straight cherry juice is blended with selected Lambic of different ages. Kriek has a pink-red color and a delicious taste of sparkling cherry champagne. Flavor with some sweetness and tartness added follows. ABV: 4%

Westmalle Tripel, a clear, golden yellow Trappist beer that undergoes a secondary fermentation in the bottle. It is a complex beer with a fruity aroma and a nice nuanced hop scent. Dulle Teve, means Mad Bitch, brewed in the tradition of a Belgian Triple. Its high density stems from large amounts of pale malt increased with pale candi sugar in the brew kettle. Gordon Finest Scotch, was born in the limpid highlands among isolated lochs and haunting Scottish castles. This brown beer, reminiscent of a dark ruby, is full of contrast - both strong and smooth. Its creamy head is delectation for the palate. ABV: 8%

Belgian Kriek, since as long as people can remember, the brewers from the Senne Valley mixed their old beer with cherries. The “Belgian Kriek� is part of this tradition and has been adapted to modern taste - soft and very fruity. ABV: 3.5%

Chapeau Faro, poured a clear copper with a nice creamy white head. Smells of vinegar like sourness mixed with apricots. Taste is sweet and sour similar to homebrewed hard cider with oak and caramel highlights. Bush AmbrĂŠe, a filtered, high

fermentation beer.
