We have also ventured in to other spaces like executing turnkey projects in power infrastructure, renewable energy, MEP, civil construction, green building consultancy, interiors, audio visual solutions, access controls and architectural fittings. We have executed many large scale & prestigious projects across India covering tough terrains like North East states. We have a robust project management process along with in-house capabilities of design-engineering, that ensures ‘on-time’ completion of projects. HIGHLIGHTS
GODREJ & BOYCE BAGS INR 107 CRORES ORDER FROM BANGALORE INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT LIMITED The MEP works for Multi-Modal Transportation Hub (MMTH) at Bangalore International Airport was awarded to Godrej & Boyce Mfg Co. Ltd on 6th June 2022. We were the preferred partner, given the scale of the project and the stringent timeline of six months for its completion. The project comprises of a Multi-Modal Transportation Hub (MMTH) that will be built between Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 of the Bengaluru International Airport and will cover roughly 9 lakh square feet. Once Terminal 2 is operational, the MMTH will be able to meet the current and future needs of both people and luggage movement. The goal is to have closed parking with retail development at the ground level. The MEP works will entail installation of approximately 75 km of piping and 200 km of electrical cabling.

A UNIQUE PLATFORM FOR ARCHITECTS & INTERIOR DESIGNERS’ COMMUNITY
Godrej Locks & Architectural Fittings and Systems (GLAFS) launched the ‘Godrej Value Co-creators Club’ (GVCC), a first-of-its-kind initiative for the Architects and Interior Designers (AID) community in Sept.2021. The programme is built around providing exclusive member benefits by extending support with design-thinking insights to drive innovation. This program aims to bring awareness amongst the AID community about right product offerings and solutions for their end consumers, clients, and partners. The -GVCC intends to enable the AID community to successfully execute their design visions for various projects like hospitality, healthcare, corporate offices, IT, etc. The periodic webinars keep the spotlight on cities and their design inclinations. GVCC Club has 1000+ practitioners as members.
THE GEEVEES
It is an annual award ceremony that celebrates and recognizes the contribution of architects / designers in the community. The 1st edition of the award received a great response, with 510 entries across 10 categories.
VC LIVE
Launched in Jan 2022, VC Live has monthly engagement sessions that feature discussions with experts in the field of architecture and design. The VC Live episodes aims to drive engagements like discussions, interactions with Godrej Locks members, designers, and industry experts. 05

OUTSTANDING CONTRIBUTION IN REAL ESTATE THROUGH GREEN BUILDING PROJECTS
A special award was bestowed by EPC World Media Group on Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd. for its impressive accomplishments in the field of sustainability. The award was presented by Mr. Devusinh J. Chauhan, Minister of Communications- Govt. Of India. The Plant 13- Annex building in Godrej & Boyce campus, Vikhroli-Mumbai has achieved the IGBC Net Zero Rating which is a first for India. It is a beacon for organisations aspiring for sustainability initiatives in their building projects.

The 24,443 sqm, 1B+G+4Flr multi-use office building has also got the IGBC Platinum Rating and BEE 5 Star Rating.

Green features of PL-13 Annex building include passive architectural design, efficient HVAC & lighting system, advanced building automation systems, enhanced fresh air ventilation, use of natural light, eco-friendly materials, organic composting, rainwater harvesting and wastewater treatment and reuse.
*Net zero buildings (NZB) also known as Zero Energy Building (ZEB), are buildings where the total amount of energy used by the building on an annual basis is equal to the amount of renewable energy created onsite or offsite. These buildings contribute overall less greenhouse gas to the atmosphere during operations than similar non-NZB. 07

SECURING 66 PAN INDIA LOCATIONS OF HPCL
WITH SWING LANE BARRIER INTEGRATED IN FACIAL RECOGNITION SYSTEM
Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd. was the trusted partner for Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) when it planned to make their workspaces safer for their employees, especially in the COVID times. Godrej Security Solutions, a strategic business unit of Godrej & Boyce (G&B) strives to bring out new innovations and constant upgrades in workspace Health Security Solutions. In our endeavour to create safer workspaces for HPCL, Godrej Security Solutions installed 600 facial recognition systems, 240 turnstiles, centralised management software for employees, contractors, and visitors in 66 locations pan India. This massive project was lauded by our client.
SWING LANE BARRIER WITH FACIAL RECOGNITION SYSTEMS (FRS):
Godrej Vigiguard is an elegant and secure entry equipment designed to control pedestrians entering or existing restricted areas. It provides an ideal contact less solution for admission and control with high aesthetic and comfort requirements. Designed for pedestrian entrance control, these turnstile gates open only for those with authorised access. The integrated facial recognition system measures body temperature accurately, with or without mask and can store up to 30000 face ids.
Safety of our employees and security of our supply locations is of utmost importance to us. Godrej & Boyce (G&B) had complete scope of work, to include supply, installation, commissioning of audio-visual systems, stage - ambient lighting, acoustics work, fire detection and protection system.

When IIMA decided to upgrade their RJM Auditorium with latest technology and features, they were keen on having a single service provider who would complete the entire project. With a lean internal team, we saved IIM-A the effort to follow up with multiple agencies for the project. With our offering of a complete solution under one roof, it helped the client in the execution of the project.
PROJECT CHALLENGES
Since the upgradation project was in an existing facility, there were multiple challenges faced during the execution of the project. No additional civil work or rework could be carried out in the facility due to high ceiling of auditorium. Providing optimal lighting and acoustical experience were challenges to overcome. We have years of experience and in-house expertise to manage critical work situations. Core domain knowledge, efficient communication & a team equipped with project management skills helped in completion of the project with high customer satisfaction.

LEDs provided ambient lighting in the auditorium which helped in substantially reducing energy costs.

It has two motor variants with a combination of three models of controllers ranging from basic to the top variant which is a Bluetooth controller variant with its own associated mobile app. With its screen designs compatible with Upbeat it can be given in layouts that have a combination of static as well as height adjustable tables.
