I take pleasure in sharing my views on this path breaking initiative of our organisation. We are a conglomerate of multiple business units serving various requirements of customers in professional and personal spheres of their lives.
Prior to the pandemic, there was an emerging trend of clients increasingly looking for holistic solutions to meet their requirements. This objective could be successfully fulfilled through this collaborative effort between different business units of Integrated Project Solutions from Godrej and Boyce. Post the pandemic, the preferences of our clients have extended to dealing with fewer entities who can take care of their complete requirements through integrated solutions.

The time bound project had stringent timelines. 31st March 2022 for the architectural finishing work and 5th February 2022 for the façade works. The elevated metro project which stretches over 5.3 kms is divided into three (3) levels viz. the street level, the concourse level, and the platform level. Our team achieved its goal of laying over 3 lac sq.ft. of granite flooring, around 200 metric tonnes of stainlesssteel railing and more than 380 Metric tonnes steel for fabrication work in stipulated time adhering to the authority protocols. The metro station façade has approximately 1800 tonnes of MS steel used for fabrication, 480 Metric tonnes of plaster and more than 4Lac sq.ft. of façade louvers. In the given timelines, our team could successfully tackle the challenge of curved structures in the station design which required skill in alignment & rectification of MS structures for the façade.

Godrej MEP executes mechanical, electrical & public health engineering services for commercial, large infrastructure, datacenters, high-rise residential projects across India. Considering the capabilities & experience, L&T Realty awarded its prestigious AM Naik Towers to Godrej MEP. This 15-storey fast-track project is a smart steel structure building with two parking levels with a total built-up area of 1.03 million sq.ft. It can accommodate 4500 employees, has modern amenities with 300-seater multipurpose hall, 800-seater food court, digital library, and immersive training rooms.

Godrej Security Solutions’ GSCAN UVSS is an intelligent undercarriage scanner based on color area scan technology. It automatically inspects, detects, and protects with the automatic under vehicle inspection system. It finds foreign objects, changes and anomalies within seconds and automatically compares the subject vehicle’s undercarriage to a reference image and displays both on the screen. It captures a very high resolution, complete composite underbody image of any vehicle passing over it using a single high-resolution area-Scan gigE IP camera without requiring the vehicle to stop. Under Vehicle Scanning System (UVSS) gives a real-time output of all data almost instantaneously on the monitor, i.e., the composite image, driver photos, vehicle front image and license plate. UVSS is enabled to handle vehicle moving at different speeds ranging from
