Not only did it increase his confidence but with the help of a skilled instructor, we now compete in agility trials and have two titles under our belt. We have made lots of new friends as well! TABATA: Tabata training is one movement at absolute maximum intensity for 20 seconds, take a 10-second rest, and then begin again. The same movement is done for eight rounds before going to another movement. Part of what makes Tabata so difficult is per forming four minutes of the same movement at kill-yourself intensity. If you’re not absolutely toast after those four minutes, you didn’t go hard enough.

Often times a question arises as to who is a resident of the Park District. A resident must live within the boundaries of Zion Park District. It’s sometimes easy to confuse residency with a Zion mailing address. Many people in the area surrounding Zion have a five-digit Zion mailing address. These five-digit addresses are located in the county and are not within the boundaries of Zion Park District. A tax bill, voter registration card, or vehicle sticker receipt will help to establish your residency. The park district staff will be glad to answer any questions you may have regarding these fees.
