tHe fAcilitAtors Jin chyung keudel Jin Chyung Keudel is a KoreanAmerican consultant, trainer and management coach based in Germany whose focus is on helping companies sharpen their globalisation capabilities. She is also an expert in cultural awareness. In over 15 years of professional experience in business development, strategic consulting and project management she has worked with Accenture, American Express, Samsung Electronics, Boeing and SAP. She holds an MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley. nina Zolezzi Nina Zolezzi is the Chair of the Management Board of EnglishBusiness AG. In over 14 years of consulting and training clients like Metro AG, Mitsui OSK Lines (MOL) and many small and medium-sized businesses, she has played a key part in the conceptual design of numerous leadership training and development programmes and in the content design of seminars on presentation, negotiation and train-the-trainer skills. Zolezzi, a Mozambican-born South African with Italian and Portuguese parents, is a qualified systemic psychologist and an expert in cross-cultural awareness. She speaks uent English, German and Portuguese.
