FOR YOUR IT DEPARTMENT
For employees to receive sign up email confirmations, an essential step to creating a Hub account, your IT department needs to white-list the below URLs.
GENERAL TROUBLESHOOTING
When experiencing issues logging in or browsing the Hub, try a few of the steps below! If an employee is still having trouble, submit the account reset form.
TROUBLE LOGGING IN?
Make sure users have accepted the email confirmation. If not, complete the sign up form again to resend the confirmation email.
Confirm that users are using their employee email or entering the company code correctly, whichever scenario applies to your login in process (no spaces or extra characters). If possible, have users use a Chrome browser to access the Hub
Lastly, try to clear your cache! This can help with loading or formatting issues on your browser
