If you use powerful words that draw attention to a problem or if you tap into depressive emotions, always make sure that you tender a benefit or a solution. If you don’t, you’re going to torture your visitors and pummel them into believing that you’re as much of the problem as everything else is. This strips away the notion that words are powerful.
