FROM THE ALUMNI SOCIETY CO-CHAIRS We hope this letter finds you and your families staying well! We are slowly coming back together as an alumni community which is exciting! It started in August with the well-attended Young Alumni Summer BBQ where alumni mostly from 2019-2021 had a chance to meet Rabbi Nevins and Dr. Apter at the Eric F. Ross Campus. Next, the Class of 2011 gathered for a highly successful 10th Shabbat picnic reunion in Central Park in September. Parents from the Classes of 2020 and 2021 gathered in mid-October for our annual Care Package Project. Alumni families with young children attended Family Fun Day on October 17 and on Sunday, November 7, an Alumni Playdate for young families took place at the Wilf Lower School Campus. Please save the date for a virtual Community Havdalukkah on Saturday night, December 4 at 6:00 PM. It will be meaningful to welcome alumni, parents and grandparents from around the country and even in Israel to celebrate Hanukkah and Havdalah together. As pandemic conditions are becoming safer, we hope to continue to expand our events and programs.
