PoSTPaRc BeRn, mIeTeRauBau unD eInRIchTunG Vom 10.oG am PostParc hat man nebst dem Berner münster wohl den schönsten ausblick über die Berner altstadt, auf den Gurten hausberg und auf die Berner alpen. Dementsprechend hoch war die anforderung an den mieterausbau sowie die einrichtung. Die materialien sollten funktional, aber auch hochwertig und elegant sein. Die mietfläche von rund 780 m2 ist unterteilt in einzelbüros, Sitzungszimmer, openspace und Begegnungszonen. Der grosszügige eingangsbereich, bestehend aus einer empfangstheke in Betonausführung, zwei Lounge Bereichen und zwei arbeitsplätzen. Diese bieten den externen mitarbeitern auch die möglichkeit in Stehhöhe arbeiten zu können.

PoSTPaRc BeRn, TenanT ImPRoVemenTS anD fIT-ouT apart from Bern minster, the tenth floor of the PostParc building probably offers the best views out over Bern’s old town, the Gurten and the neighbouring alps. The tenant improvement project and fit-out therefore needed to meet some particularly demanding requirements, with materials needing to be functional but also elegant and of a high quality. The rented space of around 780 sqm is subdivided into individual offices, meeting rooms, open spaces and communal areas. a generously proportioned foyer, consisting of a reception counter in concrete, two lounge areas and two workspaces. These also offers the external employees the chance to work at standing desks.

PoSTPaRc BeRne, SeconD œuVRe eT aménaGemenT Depuis le 10e étage du PostParc, en plus de la cathédrale de Berne, on a la plus belle vue sur la vieille ville de Berne, sur la colline de Gurten et sur les alpes bernoises. Les exigences imposées au second œuvre et à l'aménagement ont par conséquent été proportionnellement élevées. Les matériaux devaient être fonctionnels mais aussi stylés et de qualité. La surface locative d'environ 780 m² est divisée en bureaux individuels, salles de réunion, open spaces et zones de rencontre. Le vaste hall composé d'un comptoir de réception en béton, de deux postes de travail et de deux salons offre également aux intervenants extérieurs une possibilité de travailler debout.
Sitzungszimmer in unterschiedlichen Größen stehen als Raum-in-Raum Lösungen zur Verfügung. Ihre transparente Gestaltung verstellt nicht den ausblick auf die Berner alpen. Gleichwohl sorgt der gebotene Schallschutz für die nötige Diskretion der geführten Gespräche. um die flächen effizient zu nutzen wurden Ganzglas-Schallschutz-Schiebetüren verwendet.
meeting rooms in various sizes are available as room-in-room solutions: their transparent design provides an unimpeded view of the Bernese alps, while the acoustic screening specified for the project guarantees discretion for the conversations held inside. all-glass sound insulating sliding doors have been used to ensure efficient use of space. Des salles de réunion de tailles différentes sont également disponibles en locaux imbriqués. Leur transparence ne cache pas la vue sur les alpes bernoises. De la même manière, l'indispensable insonorisation garantit la nécessaire discrétion des entretiens. Pour utiliser efficacement les surfaces, des portes coulissantes insonorisantes tout en verre ont été utilisées.

neben funktionalität, Transparenz und Schallschutz stand Klimatechnik im focus der Planung. Die aktive Kühlung und Belüftung der Räume gewährleistet ein angenehmes Raumklima, auch bei hohen aussentemperaturen. Der minergie Standard wurde bereits im Grundausbau berücksichtigt.
hVac systems were another focus of planning alongside functionality, transparency and acoustic screening: the active cooling and ventilation units used for the rooms create a pleasant indoor climate even on hot summer days. compliance with the minergie standard was assured during initial construction. outre la fonctionnalité, la transparence et l'insonorisation, la climatisation a joué un rôle essentiel dans la conception. Le refroidissement et l'aération actifs des locaux garantissent une atmosphère agréable, même en cas de fortes températures à l'extérieur.
