Founded by Bill and Pam Hannaford in Adelaide in the 1970s, the family business moved to Surfers Paradise in 1984 then moved to Pacific Fair in 1993 where after graduating from St Hilda’s school, their daughter Nicole joined her parents. Her love of gemstones and design lead her to study and she now has a Diploma of Gemmology and is a fully qualified and registered Gemmologist and Valuer. Nicole married Darren Daley, manufacturing jeweller, Gemmologist, Diamond Technologist and Registered Valuer, and together they now run the store.

Theirs is a unique skill set with 5th Avenue Jewellers servicing their clientele with select items of jewellery from around the world. With a distinctively different, highly personal, approach to customer care, every detail is covered in bringing a client’s ‘dream’ item into reality. Only natural gemstones are sold in store, a visit to 5th Avenue Jewellery is a unique shopping experience.
