SELECT SPRITZ The Original Venetian Spritz
Ingredients: 3 Parts Prosecco 2 Parts Select 1 Splash Soda Water 1 Large Green Olive Method: Pour cold Prosecco into a wine glass over ice. Add Select, a splash of soda water and gently stir together. Garnish with a green olive and enjoy in good company.
GULLIVER’S COLLINS
Ingredients: 60ml The Botanist Gin 30ml Lemon Juice 15ml Sugar Syrup Top with Soda Water Lemon Wheel for garnish Method: Add gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup to glass, churn and top with soda water. Garnish with lemon wheel.

Graham Norton’s Own Pink Gin is small batch distilled in West Cork, not far from Graham’s Cork home. When the weather is right and the flowers are blooming, local ingredients are foraged to round out the 14 botanicals that gives Graham’s Gin a flavour as distinctive as the man himself. An infusion of roses and cranberry give this Gin its final blush and subtle summer rose.

Ingredients: 30ml The Botanist Gin Top with Fever Tree Tonic Water Rosemary & Orange or garnish Method: Build in glass and stir. Garnish with rosemary and orange.
WONDER WOMAN Cocktail
INGREDIENTS: 1 oz. bourbon 1 oz. aged rum ½ oz. Campari ½ oz. triple sec ¾ oz. pineapple juice ½ oz. lime juice ½ oz. grapefruit juice ½ oz. cinnamon syrup 3 dashes bitters 1 mint sprig
METHOD:
Combine all ingredients except mint in a cocktail shaker.
Fill shaker with ice, cover, and shake until well chilled.
Strain into a Collins glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with a mint sprig.
FOR THE CINNAMON SYRUP
Combine 1 cup of water and 1 cup granulated sugar in a small saucepan over medium heat.
Stir until sugar dissolves completely. Add four to six lightly crushed cinnamon sticks, cover, and refrigerate for 12 hours. Strain out the cinnamon and store syrup in an airtight container.
Serving suggestion: Pour with a premium tonic, a twist of lime and a handful of edible rose petals. Preserve any left-over rose petals by freezing in ice cubes ready for next time.
