THERE AND BACK AGAIN Ken Goldman studied at the National Academy of Design, the Art Students’ League, and New York Studio School. A recipient of numerous awards, Ken has exhibited widely in various group shows and solo exhibitions in galleries and museums in Holland, Paris, Mexico, China, Italy, Greece, New York, Boston, Washington, D.C., and San Diego. Ken’s work is included in the permanent collections of the San Diego Museum of Fine Art, North Carolina's Hickory Museum of Fine Art, the San Diego Museum of Natural History, the San Diego Watercolor Society and the Zuo Wen Museum in Qindao China. Ken is the author of nine Walter Foster books on Pastels, Acrylics, Charcoal and Artistic Anatomy and has been featured in many magazines, including The Art of Watercolour, Southwest Art, International Artist, Watercolor Magic, Splash 12, 13 & 19 and The Artist’s Magazine. Ken is the president of the National Watercolor Society.
Stephanie Goldman is a California figurative painter working in a traditional contemporary style. She exhibits her work in museums, invitational, juried and curated exhibitions nationally and internationally. For over two decades she has worked with her husband and business partner on various size public and private art projects, specializing in the healing arts for hospitals and care facilities. Together they co-authored “The Complete Book of Poses” published by Walter Foster. Stephanie’s illustrations have been published by Frontline Publishing Co., Ramprod, and EastmeetsWestco. A Past President of San Diego Museum of Art Artist Guild and former SDMA Trustee she currently serves as a Board Member of the National Watercolor Society. Stephanie maintains a studio in San Diego and teaches figure and portraiture at the Athenaeum School of Art in La Jolla.
