aruso’s Sandwiches and Artisan Pizza is much more than meets the eye. Located less than a mile from campus, Caruso’s has become a very big partof the Gonzaga Community. Caruso’s supports Zag students and faculty alike and offers a “Gonzaga Discount and Rewards Program.” Students and faculty receive 15% off their meal when they show their school ID when they pay (excludes alcohol). Caruso’s is always among the first names to be recommended to other WCC Universities when they come to Spokane, and Caruso’s frequently caters lunch and dinner for visiting sports teams. Caruso’s customizable catering menu is great for any group, large or small. Gonzaga recognizes the values Caruso’s owners pride their business on: teamwork, integrity, a passion for excellence, and, of course, having fun. These operating principles are some of the many reasons why Gonzaga is proud to have Caruso’s serve the university and the Greater Spokane community. At Caruso’s, they love putting “delicious” in all that they do. Customers can definitely taste it in their fresh, baked-daily bread, flavorful pasta, and crisp salads. Their artisan pizzas are handmade with the best cheeses, meats, vegetables, and sauces. No matter what you choose to order, you will enjoy how satisfying “daily fresh” can be at Caruso’s. Some restaurants talk fresh. Caruso’s lives it.
