his week, Goochland School Superintendent Dr. Jeremy Raley presented his team’s plan for transitioning county students back into the classroom. As Reynolds Community College approaches its 50th birthday, college president Dr. Paula Pando has plenty to celebrate. Now three years into her tenure, Pando presides over an institution that continues to offer opportunities to area residents seeking to advance their educations through the school’s many degree and certification programs. But, as Pando recently shared with the Goochland County Board of Supervisors, the school has not been immune to PANDO the struggles brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic.
