Candidate pledges to make internet access a priority By Roslyn Ryan Editor

NEILSON-HALL

As a mother, artist, farmer and small business owner, Crystal Neilson-Hall is used to wearing many hats. Now, with the announcement that is seeking the District 1 County Supervisor’s seat, she’d like to add “politician” to that resume as well.

Neilson-Hall says she and her husband Kevin have experienced first-hand how connectivity issues can prove a hindrance to small business owners. She also homeschools her two young children, and says that students across Goochland who do not have access to high speed internet are see Neilson-Hall > 5
