Once a year every spring, Goochland CASA sponsors a concert as its annual fundraising event, and this year the Righteous Outlaws will be coming to the Cub Scout Camp on Maidens Road on Saturday, May 18. The Righteous Outlaws provide a variety of original and cover music including Americana, Blues and good old Rock and Roll, and were the winners of the 2018 Mechanicsville Local’s Choice for Best Band. They have also been a finalist for four consecutive years in “The Best” contest that the Richmond Times-Dispatch holds annually. In addition to offering great music and food trucks, the event will feature several baskets to raffle off. Tickets for the event are $25, and doors open at 6:30 p.m. The concert begins at 7:30 p.m., and tickets may be purchased by visiting the Goochland CASA’s website, www.goochlandcasa.org or by calling the office at (804) 556-5876.
