This is one of the most prominent project-types in our current workload. We have over fourteen affordable housing projects in our active projects list at this time. This includes all types of affordable including, but not limited to, elderly, veterans with disabilities, 4% and 9% tax credit, new construction, tower renovations, mid-rise and low-rise. Each project has a slightly different capital stack which alters the design requirements to some degree. GVSA is very familiar with all the associated agencies and design guidelines.
