GIVERS & TAKERS
It may not be a big idea. It may be a thought or a plan to get something organised with friends. But, it just doesn’t materialise. Have you considered why this is your pattern? Why doesn’t this action actually happen?
Have you considered what’s zapping the energy from you so that you no longer have the energy to do all the things you would like to do? Imagine you have a battery at the top of your head and each day you receive, let’s say £100 worth of energy. How do you use that energy?

n Eating junk food n Overworking n Not exercising n Sitting in clutter/mess n Sitting at a desk/in front of the tv for too long n People pleasing n Worrying n Thinking about the past n Too much time on social media n Being in ‘auto pilot’ for much of the day
If you’re just not getting things done, and you can resonate with many/all the above, then this is where you’re spending your energy. These are the activities or lack of activities that are zapping away your energy.
You are in the position to change this. What can you do? What can you change so that you’re using this £100 of energy on enhancing your day and your life? Do you want to get things done? Consider swapping to doing the following: n Spending time in sunlight, and the fresh air - go to the park, the forest the seaside n Exercise n Drink water regularly n isten to music n home cooked, food which nourishes you n Rest, sleep n Meditate n Take deep breaths n Live in the present, enjoy and be fully present today n Spend time with the people you cherish and love
Choose one of these to do this week and add another next week. Be kind to yourself, but with the purpose of making regular changes for the better.

The Monaco became famous thanks to its leading role in the film Le Mans. Steve McQueen wore the classic automatic Monaco with a blue dial on his wrist. The Heuer Monaco offered here is powered by the Valjoux 7736 manual winding movement and is even rarer than the 1133 automatic version. The reference 73633 is known in three different versions: the blue Monaco with white sub-dials, the completely gray version and the gray-black version shown here. The square shape of the case is the main symbol of the Heuer Monaco. It was designed by Ervin Piquerez and was the first waterproof square case ever made although WoW can’t confirm this particular watch is waterproof.
