Gower Life magazine is written, designed and printed in Wales for the people of Swansea, Mumbles and Gower. Our philosophy We are committed to quality. WELCOME Spring is here. It always resonates such positive emotions for me. The days are getting brighter - there is freshness in the sea air and the world has recovered from all the festivities. The birds are singing, the flowers are blooming and, well, the world just feels like a better place. Here we are with an even bigger and better edition. We have been overwhelmed by your positive feedback and the incredible response after the winter magazine. I have invested so much time, energy and passion into producing something that will relate to so many of you and even made the decision to personally distribute Gower Life, so it really has been a real startto-finish job. It’s brilliant that Gower Life was able to fit the gap in the market that so many of you wanted. It’s really exciting to see so many new faces and new businesses showcasing their brand with us. Most of our clients work with us for the year, as this allows great relationships and trust to be built. I would like to think of myself as an old soul, with good old-fashioned values. We are passionate about supporting independent businesses (being one ourselves), and champion the best of the Gower and Swansea. I get to meet and work with creative people who all enjoy working towards the same purpose and goals. We are a dual-platform magazine and our magazines are available digitally online, we also offer full social media management, branding, videography, photography and website builds, corporate social gatherings - the list is endless.

Our media launch party was a very proud moment, thank you to Jamaican Jills for hosting this for us, I would also like to personally thank The Lounge for hosting our Premier Social; the next one will be on 6th March 4-6pm, if you would like to come and join us, please drop me an email. I would also like to personally thank Linda and Mark Clayton Evans, from the New Gower Hotel for hosting our corporate training session. Linda is the most warming, funny, caring character and I am so pleased to call her my friend. See you in the Summer! Lucy Gallivan Head of Gower Life lucy@goodlifepublishing.co.uk 07860 930 399

GOURMET GEMS

IN THE HEART OF GOWER “The Bishopston valley with its tranquil streams and breathtaking scenery, is home to one of Gower’s best kept secrets, Monroe’s restaurant.” “We’ve been here since the end of last year and things are going from strength to strength,” beams Linda ClaytonEvans, co-owner of The New Gower Hotel where you’ll find Monroe’s. “It took a while for the public to realise we were open for food and drink to non-guests, but now that the word is getting out there and people are coming and trying what’s on offer. We’re getting some fantastic feedback,”she continues. It’s easy to see why Monroe’s is getting such wonderful reviews. Stylishly decorated, it’s a luxurious space aiming to bring world-class service plus quality food and drink to the SA3 area. One glance at the menu and you’re drawn into a sea of temptations, all eager to tantalise your taste buds.

“What we’ve tried to do with the menu is reinvigorate some forgotten classics,” says Mark Evans, Head Chef and husband of Linda. “I find great joy in looking at what ingredients a plate consists of, analysing what’s needed, what’s too dated, and what can be added to modernise it.” The latest additions to Monroe’s offering certainly hark back to a bygone era, with some iconic dishes that you rarely see on restaurant menus anymore. Take the lobster Thermidor as a perfect example - freshly prepared tails in a creamy white wine, dill, mustard, brandy and shallot sauce with seasonal vegetables and potatoes. A creation that Mark is particularly proud of.

Monroe’s certainly lends itself to a celebration. Alongside the main restaurant and bar, you’ll find a function space ideal for large gatherings and parties such as birthdays, engagements, weddings, and with sixteen beautifully furnished rooms just upstairs, there’s a place to get your head down after a few too many glasses of Champagne. With its unique menu, friendly service, and stunning location, we predict that Gower’s best kept secret, won’t be a secret for much longer.

There’s also the Filet Monroe’s - three slices of fillet steak sandwiched with a toasted brioche croute, then layered with pan-fried duck liver, shallot, wild mushroom, parsley and served with a merlot and chive jus. “We like to think of ourselves as fine dining, but not in a pompous or noninclusive way,” Linda reassures. “We want to be seen as that place you go to when you’re celebrating or want something really special.” 13

THE PURPLE BADGER

Is there anything more spectacular than Spring in Gower? It’s a time for new beginnings and, at the family-run Purple Badger, Llanrhidian, new menus! This season sees the launch of their special set lunch; a choice of two delicious courses for just £14.95. On the menu you’ll find some classic favourites alongside an exciting variety of new dishes, including Welsh lamb chops (locally sourced from Howells butchers) with a rich lamb jus, duck fat roasted new potatoes and honey-glazed baby carrots.

Dine with them any evening this spring, and take advantage of the new Welsh cheese trolley. Choose three from a selection of fifteen different Welsh cheeses for just £7.95. On offer you’ll find everything from the silky smooth Caws Cenarth Brie to Snowdonia Cheese Company’s gorgeous black bomber, all served with choice of crackers, fruit and home-made chutneys.

With so much happening on the food front, you’d be forgiven for forgetting about The Purple Badger’s epic calendar of events. This season sees the return of last year’s sell-out kid’s discos, Nerf Wars, plus ‘Meet The Dinosaurs’, where your kids get the chance to learn and interact with a realistic, mechanical Tyrannosaurus Rex! A full list of all planned activities can be found via their Facebook page.

There’s also The Belly & Sucker; crispy pork belly served with a carrot puree, deep fried squid rings, seasonal blueberry salad and choice of potato. A little something different from your usual surf ‘n’ turf!

We recommend matching your cheeses with a glass of the newly-stocked Welsh Elderflower Port. It’s the most indulgent way to finish off any meal.

We think it’s safe to say, The Purple Badger, Llanrhidian, is the place to be this spring!

Meat not your thing? Then how about their vegan spinach, sweet potato and lentil dahl served with fluffy basmati rice? The plant-based revolution shows no sign of slowing down this year! Regular visitors to The Purple Badger will know that they’re all about providing customers with the best produce.

Speaking of indulgence; between midday and 4pm every Sunday, The Purple Badger continues to serve its now legendary roast lunch. A fantastic choice of fresh meat and vegetables cooked to absolute perfection alongside lashings of homemade gravy. Try it once and you’ll soon see why they have customers returning week after week. Always a busy service, advanced booking is highly recommended. 23

I will definitely be coming back to get my food fix.” “Wanted to go here for a while - great staff, good atmosphere and nice food all washed down with a Red Stripe. Would go back and I travelled twenty miles to get here!”

“There’s something for everyone.” 24

And finally, what does the leading lady have to say herself? “Jamaica is bursting with such an amazing, vibrant culture that I really want to share it with everyone. I love the culture in Wales, I have lived here so many years and have grown to love its quirks which are not too dissimilar to Jamaica. For example, both cultures are very friendly, and also very frank! Having grown up in Jamaica it’s a privilege to be able to celebrate and treat our customers to the Caribbean culture that I love!” Whatever the occasion the whole team endeavour to ensure you have the very best time. Join the party, and relax in the most vibrant restaurant in Swansea!

Russell Scott-Lawson, owner of Hawkes, the gentlemen’s outfitters in Morgan Arcade has dressed many a groom and groomsmen over the years. He was delighted to work with Luke Rowe (Welsh racing cyclist with Team Sky) for his forthcoming marriage to Cath Ingram. We chatted to the couple to find out why Luke chose Hawkes.

H AWKES When was the date of your wedding? We got married on the 12th of November, 2016. Where did you get married? We chose the stunning Cardiff City hall. The ceremony took place in the marble hall and the wedding breakfast and evening party took place in the assembly room. How did Luke propose Cath? We often walk our dog Oscar up around the rolling countryside around Caerphilly and Machen. One summer afternoon, we decided to go for a walk up there, this time just the two of us. When we got to the top of the mountain, Luke took me completely by surprise and got down on one knee and popped the question. He had also snuck a bottle of my favourite champers and a blanket in his rucksack, so we were able to sit down and enjoy the moment.

Why did you choose Hawkes for your wedding attire Luke? Cath’s dad had been going to Hawkes for years; pretty much since it first opened. So, when I needed a nice suit a few years ago, he suggested I go there. Since then it’s always Hawkes I go to if I want something that’s a little special. So, when it came to choosing the suits for my wedding, I didn’t hesitate to go to Hawkes.

Luckily, Russell worked his magic and got us a couple of pairs delivered by the next day for me to choose from.

What did Hawkes supply you with? We had all the suits and ties from Hawkes; for me, my best man (my brother Matt), Cath’s dad (Andy) and my other six groomsmen. We also bought all the groomsmen cufflinks from there which were little Vespas - Cath and I have a Vespa where we live in France, so it seemed a nice personal touch. We also had mine and my best man’s shoes from there. Days before the wedding, I decided I should ‘break in’ my shoes and I realised they were nowhere to be found.

The wedding had to be postponed. Can you tell us the story behind the delay? Originally we were due to get married on 21st November 2015. Unfortunately, at the beginning of September, Cath’s dad collapsed and was taken to hospital, where we later found out he had an abscess on his brain. He was in hospital for eight to ten weeks and, as we knew that there would be no way Cath’s dad would be able to make the wedding, we decided to postpone it.

28

Do you shop at Hawkes for casual and formal wear? Yes I do. I don’t have much need for many suits and shirts but for some nice casual wear - it’s great. The shoes are my favourite though. You always know you’ll get something a bit quirky and different.

Images courtesy of www.grahamdaviesphotography.co.uk

We always knew we were going to get married, so it meant more to us to just wait until he was better, so that we had the day that we wanted it to be and Andy be a part of it. Were you pleased with the suits and accessories that Hawkes supplied? Yes, we were really pleased with them. We had exactly the type of look we were going for. All my groomsmen are different shapes and sizes; from one guy who is around 5½ foot to another whose 6 foot 9 inches. All of the suits were tailored so everyone felt happy. Cath, where did you get your dress from? I bought it from Cardiff Bridal Centre on Mill Lane in Cardiff. One of my oldest friends, Julian Burgess, (one of the groomsmen) owns the shop with his sister Katie, so it meant a lot to us to be able to get the dress from them.

What made the day special? The day was more special than we could ever have imagined. I think with the long wait for the day, we appreciated it and what it meant all the more. We have been together coming up nine years in May, so it just meant so much to us to be able to become husband and wife. To be able to look around a room full of people we love and know that were all there for us is also pretty incredible. We are both really close to our families, so sharing the day with them, including Andy who had made a full recovery to walk Cath down the aisle, was a big part of it for us too. Where did you go on your honeymoon? We flew to Rome a few days after our wedding. We only had time for three nights there, as I had to get back to training for the coming season. 29

It’s such a beautiful place and we loved exploring the Coliseum and other Roman ruins. Italy was also the perfect place for me to enjoy all the best foods before getting back into my training regime and for Cath to have a blow out after ‘the bridal diet’. Would you recommend Hawkes? Absolutely. With regards the wedding, they just handled everything from sourcing extra ties to tracking down all the groomsmen to get the suits tailored - nothing was too much trouble. And, on a day-to-day basis, if you want something that’s a bit different and a bit special, in my opinion Hawkes is the place to get it.

EVERY MOMENT M ATTERS Talented photographer and videographer Ben Armstrong is quickly making a name for himself in the industry. Capturing the emotion of events, businesses and people, Ben believes that video is a marketing tool that every business can’t afford to ignore. Gower Life chatted to Ben to find out more about his passion for the moving image. How long have you been interested in photography and videography? I have been interested in film and photography most of my life. As a youngster, I use to watch a lot of films and wish I could one day make something that people could watch that would either make them laugh or smile. It’s all about the emotion. What do you enjoy most about your work? I really enjoy capturing moments that make people smile or refresh their memory from a time in their life. That’s where my passion lies - being able to meet lots of new people on my journey is an added bonus. What do you think makes your work stand out above others? When I’m working with businesses, I aim to put them at ease so the essence of the business shines through. I think when you watch one of my videos there is a certain style or energy to my work.

It means a lot to me to capture a venue or event correctly so that it ends up either being a wonderful memory for someone, or a superb marketing tool. I like to work closely with the customer to capture their hard work in a fun and energetic way. What does a video cost? The budget starts with time taken filming - then I put the clips together. This is called the editing process. From there I add the music that sometimes needs to be licensed depending on what the client wants. Event coverage with music ranges from £395.00 - £1,500 depending on the length of the shoot, music and editing time. What about weddings? Weddings are usually a full day of filming, with lots of footage to go through. Sometimes I’ll have two people filming (one with the girls and one with the boys). Given the nature of this ‘once in a lifetime’ occasion, we tend to spend more time capturing as many precious moments as possible, so this is reflected in the price. 32

Prices start at £1,500 depending on length of film. I’ve also been asked to travel abroad to cover weddings which I’m happy to do. What type of clients do you work for? I have been very lucky in my career as a videographer to be asked to work for magazines, holiday companies, charities and corporate events such as The Brogue Trader and Maserati. I recently covered Penarth Fashion Week and really enjoyed working with the RNLI on the project.

“ I really enjoy capturing moments that make people smile.” If you would like a video for your business or special event, please get in touch by calling 07766 106701 Please follow the link below to see the quality of Ben’s work goodlifeproductions.co.uk

Colours of Cowbridge is a mainstay of the small town’s main shopping district and is well worth the visit if you pop down for the day. We spoke to Julie at Colours to find out what 2018 has in store for her and her loyal customers.

COLOURS OF COWBRIDGE

With the Spring season finally coming over the horizon what new lines/stock do you have in store to celebrate the new year? Where do I start? Because of how diverse we are here are Colours of Cowbridge we have amazing and elegant collections from Zeila, Cabotine, Dress Code & Gina Bacconi which all provide beautiful Mother of the Bride and Mother of the Groom outfits. We also have our fabulous Frank Lyman Design collection in, which is actually one of my favourite designers to sell. I always think they are investment pieces as they never date, I call it timeless fashion. Last year we covered the fact that TV Star Gok Wan specifically chose Colours to showcase your brands at a fashion brunch. What did it feel like to get such recognition and how did it help pave the way to the new year? I had a wonderful day and loved being given the opportunity to work with a fashion icon and I felt extremely proud to see our special occasion gowns being showcased and in Goks words “bringing a touch of glitz and glamour” to the catwalk.

You are one of Cowbridge’s must visit shops, how do you think you have managed to stay that way for so many years? We are delighted to be able to offer a vast range of different fashions from top end to casual and are equally able to dress ladies for events such as the Welsh BAFTA’s, the BRIT Awards and investitures at Buckingham Palace and then provide the same ladies with cocktail and special occasion wear as well as pieces for work or everyday casual wear all at really reasonable prices.

On March 2nd we are supporting the charity Welsh Hearts by putting on a fashion show as part of their “Mad Hatters Ladies afternoon tea” Event in the Bear Hotel Cowbridge where Ceri Dupree will be the entertainment. We will as always be involved in the annual fashion show in Cowbridge along with the other local boutiques, as well as having a few of our own events in the shop to launch each seasons ranges.

This coupled with the personal service that has led to so many of our customers to becoming regulars and indeed friends has enabled Colours to maintain its place on Cowbridge’s high street for 30 years. Do you have any plans / events scheduled for 2018? Just like last year 2018 is going to be so busy and so exciting, we will shortly be launching our new website, we have wonderful new brands arriving all the time including Foil, Smashed Lemon, Marble, MDM, and Michaela Louisa. 35

Boasting one of the largest showrooms in South Wales, Enterprise2000 is an independent outlet specialising in kitchens, appliances and most recently, fitted bedrooms. With the company having gone from strength to strength over the last few years, we recently met up with their on-hand Kitchen Designer, Emma Reed to find out more.

ENTERPRISE 2000 LOCAL, PREMIUM & INDEPENDENT

Award winning - Emma Reed

Linear handleless units

Established over 20 years ago, Enterprise2000 was bought out by the current three partners who have been running the business for 14 years; they were the ones who saw an opportunity to invest in a fitted kitchen department to run alongside the kitchen appliance side of the business. Although discussing business, when talking to Emma, you can feel her passion for what she does and why she does it. The mantra on which they run the company is quality at affordable prices to give people the kitchen of their dreams, and this goal is almost palpable in everything that we talked about. Why choose Enterprise2000? When asked what makes them unique, Emma lit up with enthusiasm. Her answer was three-fold: premium quality products at affordable prices, a dedicated team of knowledgeable experts, and their firstclass customer service and after sales care.

“ Quality at affordable prices.”

Affordable Quality Working with other local companies, Enterprise2000 is able to obtain highquality products for their kitchen and bedroom ranges, as opposed to multi-nationals who are limited to what they can purchase. We stock and supply top brand appliances which are competitively priced and matched with online companies including AO.com, John Lewis and Currys. This allows Emma to get the best products and bargains for her customers. A Knowledgeable Team Made up of a dedicated team of experts, Enterprise2000 is regularly complimented on their knowledgeable and friendly staff. In fact, it is one of the reasons that the company gets referred so much and attracts customers in their droves. Emma says, “we believe the strength of any business is with its staff and we are so lucky with ours! Not only are they local and have been with us for years, but they also attend regular training with suppliers so they know everything about the appliances and they keep up with current trends. We couldn’t ask for more!” 42

Superb Customer Care Most multi-national companies have an online call centre with customer service teams, but with Enterprise2000, you will deal with one of the key team members directly to get your potential issue resolved. Emma prides herself on her customer care, stating that they offer above and beyond service from the initial conversation right up to after sales care. In fact, she said that customers always comment on how easy it is to work with Enterprise and how much they love that they can order appliances at home online and have it turn up when expected without being damaged or faulty. Enterprise2000: The Kitchens With one of the largest showrooms in South Wales, it’s hard to imagine that Emma was teaching herself kitchen design just eight years ago. It’s true, however, and with her partners, she has since built the business into the success it is today where the majority of her work comes from referrals. As humbling as she finds this, the sheer amount of referrals reflect just how unique and first-hand the service at Enterprise is.

Testimonials “Great Ideas” Re-designed our kitchen with the best expertise and ideas from the wonderful and patience of Emma. Great ideas with types of appliances and first-class prices. Follow up assistance and support always readily available. Roy

“ We believe the strength of any business is with its staff and we are lucky with ours.”

“First Class Service” Amazing kitchen bought by my in-laws. First class service from start to finish. No hesitation in recommending Emma and her team. Thank you. Lisa Cranbrook Platinum

While it is common in the kitchen industry for staff to work on a commission basis, pushing their kitchens at higher prices to earn a higher commission, Emma’s philosophy is completely different: “I work with whatever the client’s budget allows, offering a better quality kitchen than most other suppliers in our area to help their dream become a reality.” Offering a full range of premium quality kitchens and high-end appliances, Enterprise2000 works directly with other independent companies, such as Symphony Kitchens, the UK’s leading manufacturer, and the Cosentino Group, the design leaders in surfaces with its brands, Silestone, Dekton and Sensa. This means that they can offer the best for their clients, with each kitchen being built new using premium products and new premium-quality quartz work surfaces are available up to six months before any other showroom. Enterprise2000: The Bedrooms Emma was incredibly proud and excited about Enterprise’s recent launch of newly fitted bedroom displays in their

showroom; customers can now see the modern Symphony Urbano Range in all its glory alongside the elegant and stunning Laura Ashley Collection. As you can imagine, the news of the new Laura Ashley bedroom ranges are spreading and they are already extremely popular just a few months into their launch. Obviously, this excitement is due to the exceptional products themselves, but it may also be due to the massive social media giveaway where someone won a dressing table worth up to £1,500! Again, Enterprise works alongside other well-esteemed local companies such as The Rocking Chair that supply the beds for the displays and designer Elizabeth Styles for the fabrics. Emma prides herself on this, stating that “we love working with other independent retailers to offer the whole package to suit our clients’ needs and requirements.” From our discussion with Emma, we could see that Enterprise2000 is much more than a local company that offers high-quality kitchens, appliances and 43

bedrooms at great prices. Made up of a dedicated team of experts, Enterprise aims to work with their clients on their design journey from dream to reality, helping them to make the right decisions for them. Meeting Emma herself and talking about her exceptional customer service and intimate partnerships with other local companies, it is no surprise at all that she won Business Woman of the Year recently for growth expansion. We couldn’t think of someone who deserves it more and it is a testament to her incredible work ethic.

Technology is changing fast in the medical world, especially in the MRI scanning sector.

EUROPEAN

The European Scanning Centre looks more like a boutique hotel than a medical centre. We met with manager Melanie to find out more.

He has a large clinical practice which has given him considerable insight into the needs of referring clinicians ensuring the ESC delivers a first class imaging service.

Please tell us about the facility... The facility in Cardiff comprises of a new Open and Upright MRI Scanner, the only one of its type in Wales. n The scanner is completely open above and to the front and rear, thereby avoiding claustrophobia. n Patients can be scanned in their position of pain whether it is sitting, standing, bending or lying down. n Extra wide space ensures larger patients feel comfortable and relaxed during the scan.

Please tell us about the ESC team... Melanie is Centre Manager along with two Radiographers (Carol-Ann and Ria). The Reception staff are Lisa and Nicola.

How long has the European Scanning Centre been in operation? Since 2003. The ESC has developed a reputation for providing a high quality and professional imaging service. Dr Paul Jenkins MA MD FRCP is the Medical Director of European Scanning Centre and also a Consultant Physician and Endocrinologist. He graduated from Cambridge University and The Royal London Hospital before undertaking specialist training at St Bartholomew’s Hospital.

The Radiographers have many years experience of working in MRI scanners across South Wales - both in the NHS and private sector. Melanie previously worked in the Open MRI scanner, which was in the same premises as European Scanning Centre, for over fifteen years. Tell us about the ambience and interior décor of the centre... The Centre has been carefully designed with patient comfort at the forefront with a warm and welcoming reception area and staff who have been specially chosen for their ability to put patients at ease. We have invested in a five star environment where the emphasis is on patient comfort & relaxation. Whilst being scanned, patients are able to watch television, listen to the radio or are welcome to bring in their music of choice. 50

Two way audio facilities allow our radiographers to communicate and reassure patients during their scan and the viewing window ensures that both the patient and the radiographer are always in the line of vision.

How does the scanner work? The scanner is a large super conducting magnet - it is the only superconductive MRI scanner that enables fully open and upright imaging of the spine and joints, allowing patients to be scanned in a non claustrophobic and full weight bearing position. Imaging in the sitting or standing position can provide a more accurate diagnosis thus improving overall patient outcome. It is a more patient friendly scanner than the usual tunnel scanners - so more suited to patients who are anxious, claustrophobic or are unable to lie down. How much does the scanner cost? The refurbishment of the centre and new scanner has cost almost £2m. It’s a considerable investment but worth every penny as the benefits to patients’ wellbeing are well worth it.

SCANNING CENTRE Why do patients choose the scanner? The scanner is U shaped so is open above the patient unlike closed MRI scanners thereby avoiding any sense of claustrophobia.

How long does the scan take? Each part we scan takes approx thirty minutes but we allow more time for the appointment so that patients can get comfortable in the scan room.

Do I need a doctor’s referral? Ideally it is better to be referred for a scan by your GP, a consultant, physiotherapist, chiropractor or osteopath. However we do accept self referrals for certain scans.

Where do your patients come from? The majority of our patients come from all over Wales and the West Country as there are very few of these scanners in operation. But we have also scanned patients from overseas including Ireland and the Middle East.

How quickly are results generated? We aim to get the results back to the referrer within forty-eight hours. How many patients can you see? It depends on the part of the body and how many areas we need to examine. We tailor appointments to suit the needs of the patient as some patients have specific mobility issues or other needs that need extra time. We don’t want to rush our patients as many need more time for the examination than the standard closed MRI scanner due to claustrophobia or mobility issues.

How do your fees compare? The ESC is recognised by all the major insurers. We aim to be as competitive as possible in our pricing and do not seek to charge a premium for the specialist services we offer. The self pay cost depends on the number of areas being scanned - however our prices are competitive to other open MRI scanners. We don’t profess to be a provider of “conveyor belt scanning” as we tailor our service to provide the extra time and support for patients to be able complete their scan.

“The scanner is U shaped so is open above... thereby avoiding any sense of claustrophobia.” 51

DAZ ENGLISH

THE JOURNEY OF A MUSICIAN Shortly before appearing at our very own Premier Club event, Gower Life spoke to Daz English about the journey that led to his career. “My love for music goes back as far as I can recall. My dad had always played in bands and, as I was growing up, I remember always watching him play. Then, when I was about 9, he began teaching me how to play the guitar. At the age of 10 I owned my first acoustic guitar, an instrument I never stopped playing. During school I would experiment with other musicians and, at home, I would play cassette albums of classic guitarists and play over the track, finding this easier than reading straight from the music sheet.

I was in a band until I was 16 where I joined the army. For the six years I was there my guitar came everywhere with me, even to Iraq in 2004 to help keep moral up in my squad. Returning home from the army led me to a job I disliked that took me away from my passion for music. So after leaving my job I began busking and playing Open Mic’s across Cardiff. Within a year I had played some wonderful gigs, and a good few festivals. From there my passion now keeps me busy every day. In addition to personal gigs, I also play at weddings, private parties, pubs, clubs and restaurants. I am also in the process of creating original songs ready for the release of my first EP.” 55
