Warranty

All major structural frame posts and clamps: 5 year limited warranty

All other products supplied and installed by Goplay: 1 year limited warranty

Moving parts: 1 year limited warranty

Exclusions:

Warranty covers manufacturing faults, structural failure, faulty workmanship and installation, under normal usage conditions in accordance with the age group which the equipment was designed for .

Steel components installed within 0 .5km to salt water, exposed or calm water masses are subject to half the warranty .

Excessive wear and tear, misuse, vandalism, cosmetic issues such as fading, crazing, discolouration and acts of nature or defects caused by lack of maintenance such as missed scheduled maintenance are not covered by this warranty .

The suppliers liability is strictly limited to the cost of replacement components, and labour by a Goplay appointed contractor .
