Premium self-cleaning function

Enamel quality and type are exceptionally important for the oven and its operation. SilverMatte is a highly resistant and strong material that can stand extreme heats, even pyrolytic cleaning at 500 °C. Free from micro pores, it coats oven surfaces and baking trays, making them resistant to the highest temperatures. The triple coating of the interior supports heat reflection and provides additional insulation. Therefore, the oven interior always stays sterile and safe.

Pyrolytic cleaning is the most efficient and advanced way to clean an oven. The high cleaning temperature of up to 500˚C leaves the oven completely clean, without a spot of grease. Gentle cleaning is over in 90 minutes, medium intensity cleaning ends in 120 minutes, while intensive cleaning takes only 150 minutes. At the end, only the leftovers need to be wiped away. The oven is locked during and immediately after the cleaning process, which makes it family-friendly.

Gorenje premium oven BOP658A13XG provides nine fully automated cooking modes. Preset values will appear after selecting the type of food you are cooking which the user may adjust parameters if required, such as amount, cooking temperature, delayed start and cooking duration.

Catalytic cleaning represents a great assistance in oven maintenance. When the oven reaches 85˚C or more during the baking process, catalytic panels automatically start absorbing the grease and impurities.

AquaClean offers great assistance in cleaning of the oven cavity. What you need to do is pour half a litre of water into a baking tray and turn AquaClean on after each time you use the oven or as required. In just 30 minutes, the results are visible on the internal surface and the baking trays. Stains and grease are softened and can be wiped away easily which means the oven stays spotless.

Healthy home made yoghurt can be prepared in the comfort of your own kitchen. Ideal temperature and time settings provide optimal conditions that create homemade yoghurt in around 3 hours.

DC+ System The DynamiCooling system efficiently cools the oven exterior (or housing) to prevent any damage caused by high temperature. In ovens with the DynamiCooling+ system, the heat sensors regulate the cooling of the oven exterior walls until they reach a temperature of 60 째C. This is particularly convenient in ovens with the pyrolytic cleaning function which works with extremely high temperatures.

UltraCoolDoor Special triple or even quadruple glazing isolates the oven, making it even safer for children and pets. The heat is kept inside, optimising energy consumption by stopping heat escaping from the oven.

PerfectGrill The best baking results are achieved with a combination of larger and smaller heaters, where the latter is positioned inside the larger one. The smart positioning of the heaters allows optimal heat distribution and provides the ultimate baking results every time, so food is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. A variable heater combination can use either the inner or outer heater, or both at once.

MeatProbe By controlling the temperature inside the meat, the MeatProbe manages the entire process and even activates the alarm when the time is right.

SuperSize More spacious ovens allow you to cook a larger quantity of food – not only because of even air circulation at all levels, but also because of the 46cm wide baking trays in all ovens. Innovative solutions allow a larger interior and the oven width is fully used. There is more space on each baking tray and the superior technology makes sure the food is cooked evenly on all levels.

TelescopicGuides Smooth running telescopic guides provide a perfect overview on all levels. This means safer and easier removal of trays. Simplicity and pyrolitic Gorenje ovens feature 3/4 extendable telescopic rails on two levels. During the pyrolytic cleaning, they should be removed from the oven.

TouchFree coating All stainless steel surfaces are coated with a special TouchFree film that prevents fingerprint markings, leaving the surface always shiny and making cleaning much easier.

FastPreheat The oven reaches a temperature of up to 200˚C in just 6 minutes, saving 30 % of the time needed by standard preheating. This comes in handy for recipes that require a preheated oven. A light and sound signal informs when the temperature is right.

Upper and bottom heater The heaters in the bottom and in the ceiling of the oven cavity will radiate heat evenly into the oven interior. Pastry or meat can only be baked/ roasted at a single height level.

Grill with fan Grill heater and the fan will operate. This combination is used to grill meat and to roast larger chunks of meat or poultry at a single height level. It is also appropriate for dishes au gratin and for browning to a crispy crust.

Upper heater Only the heater on the oven cavity ceiling will radiate heat. Use this heater to brown the upper side of the dish.

3D hot air Round heater and the fan will operate. The fan installed in the back wall of the oven cavity makes sure the hot air constantly circulates around the roast or pastry. This mode is used for roasting meat and baking pastry at several levels simultaneously.

Bottom heater Only the heater on the bottom of the oven cavity will radiate heat. Use this heater to grill open sandwiches, sausages or toasting bread.

Bottom heater and fan This is used for baking leavened but low-rising pastry and for preserving fruit and vegetables.

Grill Only grill heater, a part of the large grill set, will operate. Use this heater to grill open sandwiches, sausages or toasting bread.

Hot air and bottom heater Bottom heater, round heater, and the fan will operate. This is used to bake pizza, moist pastry, fruitcakes, leavened dough and shortcrust on several levels simultaneously.

Grill Only grill heater, a part of the large grill set, will operate. Use this heater to grill open sandwiches, sausages or toasting bread.

AQUA CLEAN Only the bottom heater will radiate heat. Use this function to remove stains and food residues from the oven. The program takes 30 minutes.

DEFROSTING The air circulates with no heaters activated. Only the fan will be activated. This is used to slowly thaw frozen food.

PLATE WARMER Use this function to reheat your dinnerware (plates, cups) before serving food in it to keep the food warm longer.

RAPID PREHEAT Use this function if you wish to heat the oven to the desired temperature as quickly as possible. This function is not appropriate for cooking food. When the oven heats up to the desired temperature, the heating process is completed.

AUTO ROAST The AutoRoast function first heats the oven to 230°C. The food is roasted for 30 minutes and then the temperature drops to the set level. A smart combination of time and temperature creates ideal roasting conditions. As a result, meat is crispy and well done on the outside and perfectly soft and tender on the inside.

PRESERVATION This cooking mode is suitable when making preserves in glass jars. Preset temperature is 180°C.

More cleanliness The Gorenje rangehoods feature special aluminium filters with patented cassette inserts that help to stop up to 98% of grease coming from contaminated air while achieving low energy consumption for grease filter absorption efficiency. In addition they have a built-in sensor that is able to perceive when the grease or charcoal filters are saturated with oils and fat particles to an extent that it impairs optimum rangehood performance. With normal use, cleaning is recommended every two months. It is quite simple – using water and dish washing detergent, or washing them in the dishwasher at 65 °C. Such cleaning may affect the colour of the filters, but it will in no way reduce their efficiency! On the contrary: clean filters improve the efficiency of operation and contribute to longer useful life of the rangehood.

The right performance Your rangehood should be able to exchange the air in your room ten times per hour. Hence, in a kitchen of 16 square meters and with ceiling height of 2.5 meters, the amount of air to be filtered in an hour is approximately 400 cubic meters. Recommended rangehood capacity is calculated by multiplying the kitchen volume (multiply the width, length, and height of the room) by a factor of 10. Rapid freezing at extremely low temperatures below -30°C leads to formation of microcrystals that, unlike in case of slow freezing, do not damage the cellular structure of the food. The shock-approach to freezing preserves all nutrients and retains the flavour of the food. A refrigerator that recognizes your habits This smart system was devised to maintain the optimum temperature in the refrigerator regardless of how frequently you open the door. When the door is opened, the temperature suddenly rises and the food is exposed to a thermal shock which in turn causes it to perish sooner.

SnackBin This is an ideal place to store food like cheese, salami, spreads, sandwiches and butter. It keeps the food fresh longer and prevents it from drying out.
