Steam cooking with IQsteam Steam cooking is a healthy way of preparing food, which preserves nutrients and vitamins. With this cooking mode, very little water is added. SIMPLEbake The shortest way to your favourite dish When the SIMPLEbake mode is displayed, nine photos of the most commonly prepared dishes will appear on the interactive colour display. When the desired dish is selected, the preset program will already have known which heaters to use, which guide level the baking tray should be placed in, and how long to cook. The program automatically makes all the necessary adjustments with regard to the approximate amount (weight) of the food, which you enter, level of browning and doneness, and the time you wish your food to be ready. HomeChef will guide you logically through the scrolling, browsing, and confirming of your settings.

PRObake Conventional cooking for seasoned chefs The PRObake mode allows the chef all the freedom of creation while improving reliability and accuracy of all procedures.

If you know from experience the temperature and duration of cooking for a particular dish, as well as which heaters and any additional functions are best suited, then PRObake is the right cooking mode for you.

STEPbake, the original and patent-protected solution of multi-step cooking available within the PRObake mode, allows setting up to three consecutive changes in temperature and heater combination in respective time intervals. When the recipe for your desired dish recommends such changes during the cooking process, all required settings can be very simply made immediately, before the start of preparation. Cooking in such way takes place automatically, without the need for constant control, and provides excellent culinary results each time.

AUTObake Wide choice of preset programs AUTObake mode offers preset optimum settings for 65 dishes classified into logical categories. Select the food category, e.g. meat, vegetables, or pastry, and the desired dish within the category. The program inquires about the approximate amount, desired level of doneness, and the time of completion of cooking. Then, you are ready to launch the cooking process by pressing Start.

The program will adjust the settings accordingly and make sure the food is ready and delicious at the time you chose.

MYbake Creative combination based on your experience The MYbake mode allows keeping and editing an electronic recipe book with up to 150 different dishes, by including preset recipes and saving your own combinations. Memory program offers 10 food categories such as meat, fish and other seafood, vegetables, bread, etc. Up to 15 recipes and procedures for their preparation can be stored in each category. You may also store your favourite dishes from the AUTObake program, or any dish for which you have defined the best procedures yourself with the STEPbake function within the PRObake mode.
