Experience Increased Awareness and Energy Healing
Mary Walters, RN, EEM-CP, a registered nurse since 1994 with more than 20 years of experience in emergency settings, is a certified practitioner of Eden Energy Medicine, a reiki master teacher in Usui/Holy Love III, an animal reiki master practitioner and a frequency-specific, microcurrenttrained provider.
She founded EnergyGirl, LLC, in La Grange, with the main focus of increasing awareness and providing energy healing to humans and animals. Other goals are igniting a desire in people toward self-discovery and teaching them how to care for their energies while educating them about our highly energetic planet.
Walters believes education about energy healing is lacking from our current medical model which is why teaching classes is an important aspect of her business. In-person and online reiki classes are held throughout the year. Upcoming Introduction to Energy Medicine sessions include Calming Stress and Anxiety, Balancing Hormones and Releasing Pain.

Magic Hands Therapeutic Services
Founded 2016, Wheaton and Schaumburg
I offer effective light touch therapy to help you transform your pain and find comfort. I identify the tightness, assist it to release and keep you safe and comfortable as it does. Craniosacral Fascia Therapy (CFT)/Gillespie
Approach is both therapeutic and refreshing. You lie on the massage table, sit or stand in stretchy clothing.
When it comes to self-care, what do you tell your clients?
Stay hydrated. No, seriously, everything works much better when you are hydrated. Move around. Have a community. Get some sleep. The basics are the basics for a reason.
Why should our readers integrate your services into their lives?
Throughout the years, I have seen over and over the importance of touch in healing and comfort. Our bodies protect us, but can then store tightness from injury, trauma, your emotions and repetitive movements. CFT/Gillespie Approach is a gentle, highly effective technique that is both therapeutic and refreshing for babies, kids and adults.
