We are a wellness center with two locations in McHenry and Lake county, that is known for therapeutic work incorporating therapeutic massage, cupping, craniosacral therapy, visceral manipulation, acupuncture, biofeedback, wellness coaching, nutrition and immune support. We also frequently host workshops that facilitate wellness and self-care!

When it comes to self-care, what do you tell your clients?

We absolutely encourage taking ownership in your own health and encourage movement applicable to everyone’s individual capabilities, as well as drinking plenty of water, which has been proven to flush out toxins from the body. Supplements are also recommended where applicable. Our self-care can sometimes be a referral to another practitioner within our center or outside of our space to ensure the client’s highest and best needs. Over 95% of our existing clients are from word-of-mouth, referrals from their doctors, physical trainers, physical therapists or friends and family. Our center is over 17 years old with an excellent reputation for our work, our values and, of course, our results. We collaborate with other wellness practitioners for our clients’ optimal health.
