Public Notice Expressions of Interest Licensing of a Trade or Business on Open Space Areas
... the children gained a greater understanding of the importance of water and the challenges that people around the world face every day ...
Gosford City Council’s Licensing of a Trade or Business on Open Space Areas Policy aims to regulate trade or business activities being undertaken on Council managed open space areas. The policy stipulates that any trade or business wishing to conduct an activity on Council managed open space areas must apply for a temporary licence. To apply for a temporary licence, operators must read the policy, general provisions, terms and conditions, and submit an Expression of Interest (EoI) for assessment by Council’s Open Space & Leisure Services section. Gosford City Council now seeks Expressions of Interest from interested parties that would like to undertake a trade or business activity on an open space area during the 2014/15 financial period. EoI guidelines, including activities that will be considered during the 2014/15 financial year, and templates can be accessed on Gosford City Council’s website www.gosford. nsw.gov.au within the Open Space and Leisure directory. All EoI’s must be submitted by 5pm, 15 April 2014 for consideration for the 2014/15 period. For enquiries and further information please contact Council’s Open Space & Leisure Services Project Assistant, Tracey Persiani, on (02) 4304 4378 or tracey.persiani@gosford. nsw.gov.au Paul Anderson General Manager Gosford City Council
