Next, complete your admission file by submitting your official high school transcript and your immunization records showing two MMR shots. If you have less than a 3.0 high school grade-point average (GPA), also submit your ACT or SAT test scores.

Earned college credit through AP, IB, or CLEP examinations?
Taking Advanced Placement (AP) or International Baccalaureate (IB) courses is a sign you have what it takes to succeed as an undergraduate student. Send your scores to the Office of Admissions so you can get credit for your hard-work! UCA also grants credit for many College Board Advanced Placement (CLEP) examinations.

Concurrent credit is college-level credit that can be earned within a high school setting. You can earn concurrent credit from multiple universities, depending on your high school’s partnerships. Students from contiguous statesLouisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Oklahoma, Tennessee, & Texaswill pay our in-state tuition rate. This means you’ll automatically be given in the in-state tuition and fee rate when you enroll at UCA - no residency requirements and no additional application needed.
*Out-of-state tuition and fees (15 hours) is $8,630 per semester if students do not reside in university housing.
If you’re from another US state or country, you can still receive in-state tuition when you live in university housing.

Financial Aid Aid & Scholarships
Here at UCA, we strive to provide a college education that’s affordable through competitive costs and financial aid support. In 2023, 97% of students qualified for some form of financial aid.
Our counselors in the Office of Student Financial Aid will support you through the financial aid process as you prepare to attend UCA. Your first step is to complete and submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) online at studentaid.gov. The code for UCA is 001092.

FOUNDATION SCHOLARSHIPS
Apply as early as possible after the FAFSA opens in December for maximum consideration.

With more than 1,300 undergraduate students, the College of Business is thriving. Our accreditation with the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business, or AACSB, proves our students get the best education possible. The College of Natural Sciences and Mathematics gives students more hands-on opportunities than other school in the state. Supported by hands-on, minds-on learning our students are able to participate in authentic research, service learning, and outreach activities. Outside the classroom our students present papers at national and regional conferences, lead hands-on sessions for schools and others; work on civic, environmental and other projects; and participate in nationally competitive summer programs. As undergraduates our students begin building their professional resumes as soon as they begin their classes.

Students are engaged in an interprofessional educational environment through collaborative, interdisciplinary experiences. With the new Integrated Health Sciences Building, we have more than 80,000 square feet of state-of-the-art classrooms, clinic spaces and the Nabholz Center for Healthcare Simulation.
