Delivery terms and conditions:
Order cut-off times: We offer a unique service in Hong Kong with fresh produce imported twice a week on Mondays and Fridays by air. Produce is delivered directly to us for quality control and weighing purposes by our team. Dry and frozen foodstuffs are warehoused in Hong Kong.
If you are out when we deliver we shall attempt delivery the following day. An extra delivery charge of $100 or $200 will be added to your bill depending on your delivery address.
• In red: Fresh produce imported by plane to be ordered a week in advance. Monday before 6pm to be delivered the next Monday Friday before 6pm to be delivered the next Friday • In blue: Produce warehoused in Hong Kong. Every week Gourmet en Provence impor ts additional fresh produce for its customers. Please contact us at info@gourmet-en-provence.com for available produce.

You have the option of collecting your order from our business premises from Tuesday to Thursday from 9am to 7pm or on Monday and Friday from 2pm to 7pm. Nota bene : Good are delivered in a refrigerated van to avoid any rupture of the cold chain. Payment terms and conditions: Cheque or Cash on delivery. Our delivery driver will have change if required.
