Delivery terms and conditions:

Order cut-off times: We offer a unique service in Hong Kong with fresh produce imported twice a week on Mondays and Fridays by air. Produce is delivered directly to us for quality control and weighing purposes by our team. Dry and frozen foodstuffs are warehoused in Hong Kong.

If you are out when we deliver we shall attempt delivery the following day. An extra delivery charge of $100 or $200 will be added to your bill depending on your delivery address.

• In red: Fresh produce imported by plane to be ordered a week in advance. Monday before 6pm to be delivered the next Monday Friday before 6pm to be delivered the next Friday • In blue: Produce warehoused in Hong Kong. Every week Gourmet en Provence impor ts additional fresh produce for its customers. Please contact us at info@gourmet-en-provence.com for available produce.

You have the option of collecting your order from our business premises from Tuesday to Thursday from 9am to 7pm or on Monday and Friday from 2pm to 7pm. Nota bene : Good are delivered in a refrigerated van to avoid any rupture of the cold chain. Payment terms and conditions: Cheque or Cash on delivery. Our delivery driver will have change if required.

DELI MEATS Gourmet en Provence sells handcrafted Basque Country sausages including spicy Espelette pepper seasoned sausages; pork terrines made in-house; cured Spanish Bellota ham (lomo, chorizo, ham that has been slow cured from 42 to 48 months …) as well as Wagyu ham.

The Louis Ospital establishment produces typical home cured meats from the Basque Country manufactured by craftsmen, including the famous Bayonne ham and Ibaiama ham, hand-rubbed using a mixture of “Adour” salt, and spices.

By Dehesa selects extraordinary Spanish products (Pata Negra ham, virgin olive oil, xeres vinegar) made by producers who respect ancestral artisan know-how.

THÉS Gourmet en Provence sells a comprehensive range of black, white and green rooibos teas in muslin bags or tin presentation boxes. Blends combine top quality ‘grands crus’ Chinese teas flavoured with flower petals or fruit (lemons, cherries, peaches…).

In 1986 Francois-Xavier Delmas gathered 45 friends and office colleagues, all tea enthusiasts, to taste a unique selection of teas and explore the gastronomic and cultural riches of this drink. From these beginnings, the Palais des Thes was born, a company that now sells the best tea in the world!
